Kona Pool Area — Attraction in Hawaii

The pools at this hotel are very clean, and fresh towels are always available, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, everything else around the pool experience gets overshadowed by poor management. I want to be clear—many of the staff and crew work hard and provide excellent service, and I respect that. But when management fails to support them or handle guest needs properly, it shows.

The pool is beautiful and quite large with a separate shallow water pool that has the floor covered in sand. Opposite the kid pool on the other end is a waterslide and hit tub.
