Cookies Hayward Dispensary — Attraction in Hayward

I hate posting bad reviews however I did try to call, I left a message and did not get any response. I'm also not going to say don't shop here because sometimes they do have good stuff. I ordered 120 something dollars worth of stuff online. I got a confirmation that they received it and we're putting my order together. I waited an hour and started on my half hour drive to cookies in Hayward. when I got there the young lady took my name and then left me at the counter and started putting the order together. I said my order is not ready I got an email and a text saying that over an hour ago they were working on it. it was the day before Thanksgiving and it was really busy however if I get a confirmation saying that my orders being put together I assume that's what's going on. she proceeds to tell me that two of my items that I ordered were out of stock. now I live in San Ramon, closest dispensaries are Concord in Hayward. I specifically went to cookies because they had crystalline diamonds. on the website it did say low stock but did not specify how many exactly. and I assume if I put my order in prior to the people walking in I would have first priority,I was very wrong. and they have no crystalline diamonds to substitute. she's telling me it's not her fault and rolling her eyes like I'm inconveniencing her. I'm not going to lie I was pretty pissed off that I drove all the way out there and did not get what I ordered. so I get a couple things and ask her to add a infused pre-roll for the ride home to calm myself down. I proceeded to pay over $100 because she told me I don't have any points which is crazy because I spend a lot of money there. I didn't get any discount for them not having my order ready or having the items that I ordered. I go to pay with my credit card and they charged me $3 not to mention the tip that they add on the screen and make you feel obligated to leave. and this girl rolling her eyes at me making all these stupid faces didn't deserve a dime. then forgets to charge me for the pre-roll, so now I have to pay another $3 to use my credit card, got no discount or points for spending over $100. so I went to the car scrounge up some money to pay for the pre-roll so I don't have to pay another $3, get back in line and guess who I get...the same girl with the attitude rolling her eyes at me! pay for that expensive ass blunt pre-roll. I go on the side and ask to speak to a manager cuz I was really pissed off. as I'm telling the manager what's going on the girl walks up and is listening to our conversation. I said never mind and left with nothing that I ordered. when I got home I went on the website and they still had my crystalline diamonds advertised in stock. I went on the website the next day and a week later and they still showed as in stock. I understand mistakes happen shit happens but I really think Cookies needs to get someone to do a better more efficient job updating their website menu. when I got home besides being irritated the items that I did get that were substituted for what I wanted were outdated almost a year old to the month stale had no taste and had a weird consistency! that's my fault for not looking at the dates but I was trying to get the hell out of there and get away from this young lady who obviously couldn't handle a busy day at a marijuana dispensary! I'm not an expert on concentrates however I have been a pot smoker for 40 years. I have never bought wax, sugar, hash or any other concentrates that have been sitting at a dispensary for a year and cannot imagine that they are good for smoking. all three of the concentrates I purchased had no smell, no taste and did not get me high like they should have. as I said that was my fault for not checking their packaging date but shame on you Cookies for selling such garbage! I don't think Burners going to go broke , if you chalk it a loss and get rid of that bad product! smoke it yourself and stop selling it to your loyal...

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the most bubbly lady there. Sharleen had that vibe and she just had a wonderful smile and attitude. I loved that right away she asked what I came in for. Other places normally just tell you what is new or they tell you what is really popular. I asked her what was the best gummies and she asked me what kind of gummies. I told her I was looking for more of a hybrid type and she told me that her favorite was the Good Tide Guava flavor. I told her perfect because guava is actually one of my favorite fruits. She showed me other gummies as well, but I went with her suggestion. She also suggested the St. Ides drink, so I got the Maui Mango. Thumbs up to the gummy, it was exactly what I was looking for.
