T4 Hayward — Restaurant in Hayward

This is one of your standard milk tea joints, that just happens to have amazing crispy calamari. My experience with multiple T4 locations is that their drinks tend to be on the extreme side of the sweet line, so be warned that if you don't like extra sweet then be sure to dial down the sweetness. I remember my first visit was 100% sugar and I had to add water in order to drink it. The second visit I dialed it down to 80% and even then it was SUPER sweet. I typically stick around the 50% level depending on the drink I get.

So why 4 stars? Well, our first visit at this location in particular still sticks in my mind because the lady at the cash register taking orders was really in the "rush" zone. It was our first experience and we actually expected to be asked what sugar level and ice level we wanted but she straight up went with 100% and never even asked us. Our assumption was that you didn't have a choice until we noticed on the corner of the wall menu that it was an option. Would have been nice to have the prompt, but it just seemed to me that the girl really wanted to get back to whatever she was doing before we walked in so she took our order as fast...

This T4 location is TERRIBLE!!! 4 times/visits in a row they got my order wrong! The first was a phone order...wrong but I let it go. So just to make sure I dont Trust the phone order anymore I walk in to make sure my order is correct on the screen....and they still manage to get it wrong. The last time the cashier was getting the orders wrong of multiple customers and tried to blame the customers since the ppl making the drinks were getting upset. And then was trying to charge for bobba I had already paid😡 Customers kept coming back saying they got the wrong bobba or jelly in their drinks. Also when you pay for a topping you are supposed to get a FULL scoop and here they try to skim you with 3/4 if you lucky. Oh and forget about getting an apology...they will just DUMP or SCOOP OUT your drink into another cup making it look and taste messy. I will just drive 5 more mins to the Castro Valley location since I've never had an issue there plus its inside a Asian Restaurant mart that makes...

his was my first time visiting T4 in Hayward , and I was impressed by the clean and inviting atmosphere. The environment was really nice, making it a pleasant place to relax. However, I was disappointed with my Coffee Milk Tea, as it wasn’t the same as what was advertised on the menu. The taste and presentation didn’t match the expectations set by their promotional images. It would be great if the items served could align more closely with the advertising to avoid any confusion or letdown. Overall, I enjoyed the ambiance, but the inconsistency with the drink left me a bit unsatisfied. I hope they can improve this aspect...
