Initially, I had a reasonable experience. I went in, bought a gas stove at a reasonable price and had it delivered. They showed up when they said they would and the stove still works great.

I went back to get a newer washer and dryer when our dryer decided to stop drying. In store everything went smoothly. I picked out an affordable washer and dryer set and scheduled the delivery and installation. Delivery day comes around and I'm home during the three-hour window we had agreed upon. No one shows up. I was able to get Edgar on the phone and he was super apologetic and rescheduled for the next day. The next day they showed up when they said they would and installed everything promptly.

Fast forward a couple weeks and I realize the washer is leaking out the bottom. Luckily they have a 60-day warranty, so I call them up and they set up a time to have someone come over and fix the washer in my home. Three missed appointments and a total of seven hours of waiting at home later... I'm pretty frustrated at this point. So I go in person and talk with them. The owner was away on holiday, but they had gotten in touch with him and he said "Give her a new washer!" Which seemed like a reasonable solution at this point.

So I picked out a new washer, scheduled a delivery and they actually showed up at the appointed time. Success! The washer was installed and has been working ever since.

On the positive side, throughout the whole process Edgar was very responsive via phone and very apologetic. And the owners' decision to completely replace the washer, after all the missed appointments, was a good attempt to keep me happy. But alas, it was too little, too late, as I can't see myself...

Hoped to have a good expirence here. After looking at 2 other places we were excited to find the size and style of fridge we needed. The price was ok, more than we hoped but within our budget and they could deliver within the week. Week 1 with the fridge seemed great. There were a few puddles on the floor but hoped it was from kids spilling ice and not an appliance issue. Into week 2 and the puddles became larger and more often and we knew for sure the freezer was leaking. Called and let them know and was promised someone would fix it....its been over 2 weeks. Nothing has been done and we constantly deal with large puddles of water all over our floor and now the whole freezer is filled with frost. Wish was had stuck with the places we had been recommended to. Update. They came and said the freezer was set too cold (5 out of 7) and that was the cause of the leaks. They set it to 3 and it still leaks. Ridiculous. Wish we had gone anywhere else. Weve owned it 2 months and began leaking less...

I went there specifically because of a washer and dryer set I found online. When I got there they told me that it was bought and I haven't had a chance to take the ad down. I asked him about three other sets that I saw online and they said the same thing on all of them. It strikes me as interesting that all four sets I was interested in were sold within the last couple hours. The people there speak English but broken. Very humble people and nice but they don't really seem to have their head out of their butt. There's also just about and zero parking. I had to block a couple people in just to get out of my car. And backing out onto the main street is a pain in the butt. They do have a lot of inventory but none of it looked in really good shape. Most of it looked to be pretty old and beaten up. A six out of ten at best. I hope to get some new...
