This place is a joke the salesman who helped us was rude he started using foul language with me and my family because we were trying to put insurance on the car . cars are a mess ,the car they sold me has a broken switch in the back window ,the drivers window goes up so slow and stops i have to use my hand to get the window up all the way , when i drive my car faster than 60 miles it starts to smell like something rubber /plastic is on burning i took it back and the mechanic says there isnt anything wrong with it . the people I've dealt with especially mari are so rude and unprofessional,Chris please was helpful and another young lady who works for the financing dep was Pleasure to speak with but as far as everybody else save yourself the trouble and go someplace else . i had to bend backwards to get this company what they wanted from me even miss work but they were bothered when i asked then to give me an extension she even went as far as telling me i would have to go borrow the money i owed them from someone else so i...

Got a ticket from this dealership giving me these plates. Officer told me to give the citation ticket to the dealership and that they’re the one should be paying for it since it wasn’t my fault. I gave the ticket to the dealership they told me they’ll pay for it, after a few days i called and asked if they paid for it already and they told me yes they did. Now i got a letter on the mail from the Franchise Tax Board saying that it was never been paid that i have to pay this certain amount. Called the dealership about it and they told me that they’re not going to pay for it since the ticket existed on 2019. Drove an hour+ to this dealer to get a car that was guaranteed for me to take over the phone. Once arrived, Gio attended us. Right off the bat Gio kept it very profesional, got right on the paperwork and let us test drive the car. After processing, and gettin ready to finalize paper work, we ran into some insurance problems. City motors closes at 7pm and gio stayed till 8 for us to get to take the car home. Give this man a raise! On the other side, for constructive criticism, the dealership should take a bit more work on detailing on this used cars since the car had cigarettes ashes and was a bit dirty. I’m giving the 5 stars for the customer service received only and by gio. He’s professionalism and service it’s what helped us get through all the good and bads of the whole experience.
