This morning I go in to get a fiesta potato grilled breakfast burrito and a hash brown paid for it quickly went to the bathroom to wash my hands came back out side my order they had put fiesta potatoes or cheesy potatoes or something with a hash brown on a trip I told the worker that wasn’t my order and she proceeded to the back and I thought She was making my burrito came back with a burrito and a hash brown on the tray I sat down and took a bite of the burrito and realize there was no egg in it and there was sour cream in it which isn’t usually in the grill breakfast burrito so I opened it up I tore it up and realize she just dumped those potatoes on a tortilla and grilled it I couldn’t believe it so before I went up there I looked online so it should be in a breakfast burrito told her that all she did was dumped those potatoes on this tortilla and it has no eggs so then she goes to the back with my tray put some scrambled eggs on the tortilla that was ripped up and brought it back up I’m like no you have to make it again so then she proceeds to tell me that I ordered the wrong thing and that I have to be specific and that they serve lunch and breakfast at the same time and so basically it was all my fault at that point I would like you know what I told the other lady just give me back my money it’s fine and then she came back with I guess she made a new one but at that point I wasn’t buying it I am I asked who the manager was and she said Esther and I said what is the phone number so then she writes on a paper napkin Esther I said what’s the phone number she said yes I said where is your name Esther and she said yes so I’m confused I’m not sure if that’s the manager or not but this Esther lady is hell a funny should not be working anywhere with people and I really hope Taco Bell calls me back and make this right because I literally go to that freaking Taco...
Read moreAll wrapped food NOT labeled, cinnamon delights had NO cinnamon on outside and oil filled the bread part, still had ingredients in items we ask to take off and ingredients taken off in which we wanted, some items not even warm to touch, and they missed items. Thank goodness we checked and asked for them before we drove off. I asked to add nachos upon drive up and they said they "couldn't add items at this time" mind you it was before payment. Seems like a quick and simple item since that one does not have to be heated in their microwave, heating plates, or warmer but ok. Then we had to wait anyways just for them to forget something and us wait for them to get that item also. Mexican pizza- noticeable difference since the tostada part has changed. Was so happy for it to be back and then they messed that up and the tostada was not a good change. Not as light and airy as before, more like a store tortilla chip. Also did not give me my receipt nor asked if I wanted it. I had...
Read moreThis is the worst location. I don't know why I bother coming. They mess up my order every time. I only try this place 3xyr tops, because it's around the corner from where I live, and I'm always hoping it gets better and they actually train their employees. They never train their people on what the fresco option is for sure. 100% they are ALWAYS confused whenever I, or anyone I know, asks. Tonight I had to pay extra for tomato's, WHICH WAS NEARLY $5, for a party pack, after repeatedly asking for fresco and saying I just want meat, lettuce, and tomato. I got to the window and it was just meat and lettuce. None of my friends will eat the food like that. The speaker is also always busted so you can't hear the person on the headset as well. And apparently the headsets must be messed up too now, because it appears that they can't hear you very well either. If the Castro valley location had a drive through on it I'd never go...
