I used to go to this place a lot, at least once every month or so. I even brought my son and my husband regularly because I enjoyed the atmosphere and kind specialists and wanted to support their business. However, when I was verbally reprimanded by the owner that I was using the 10% promo offers they would send via text every TWO weeks to my cell phone too much, I was appalled at their decision to embarrass me in front of other clients for using their promotions they themselves regularly sent to me to encourage me to come in even though i didnt use every single promo they sent, just when i needed to have a nail appointment once a month, because I was a happy regular who brought my whole family in and paid well. In case you are wondering, I also never tipped based on the discounted price but instead the original price to ensure I wasn't taking away from the salon specialists' incomes. However, their decision to publically reprimand me for using the promos that they continued to send me even after this experience actually ended up losing them not one but three regular customers who were always kind and considerate. My advice to management is if you don't want people using the promos you text them, don't send them. You lost 100% of my entire business instead of gaining a mere 10% more. I gladly pay more at other places because they have never tried to embarrass me like that, and I was honestly so stunned by the manager's accusation that I didn't even have the ability to stand up for myself in the moment being a non-confrontational person, but I still seethe at the nerve your owner had to do such a thing publicly that was not even against any specific rules, and honestly had I known or had been privately informed of this rule that isn't posted anywhere, I would have completely understood and been more judicious about how I use them. I spent 100's and 100's of dollars over the 6 months I regularly went there, but you won't get a dime more from me for that insane treatment, like I was trying to cheat YOUR business somehow. How dare your company shame a customer for using the coupons...

The lady told me that she wanted the hair color to stay (I just asked for a neutral solid dark brown color) in so I was sitting in the chair for two hours for hair to process with a total of three hours for the service! Totally bad experience. She was working with other clients the entire time! I literally had to tell her that I needed to leave in order for her to finish conditioning and straightening my hair. I then proceeded to pay with a Groupon deal that I found online only to be told that she wouldnāt take it. At this point I was so fed up with the service. This was my first and last time that I would ever get a hair service from them. My hair is also very dark black by the way she told me it would fade in a month or 2. It might be different for nails, but if you are looking to get 1 hair color style with a haircut service, expect to be there for 3-4 hours. Horrible experience! Iāve been to many salons and have never been treated that way! Donāt waste your time thinking that they will accept Groupon because they are marketing false...

Well, the fact that that they're open on Sundays is a good indicator that they mean business. If you want to be in the nail business, you need to be open on weekends because that's the time that people want pamper themselves & have a mani-pedi or whatever after a stressful work week.
Secondly, the ambience of Nice is classy, clean, & uncluttered. Add the easy to follow floor plan & un-tacky Christmas decor. Very nice indeed. Even the restroom is clean & well maintained. I like the little touches like that, such attention to detail.
Thirdly, my Vietnamese pedicurist Lily handled my aching & sensitive feet so gently. She never made me cry out "ouch" & always said "thank you" after she asked me to raise my foot or soak it back on the tub. Very professional, courteous, & friendly service. Indeed.
For these reasons, I highly recommend Nice Salon & Spa. I will certainly go back & personally ask for Lily again, if I may! Thank you! Or as they say in Vietnamese, Cam eng! Or if I may say in my native Tagalog...
