absolute miserable place for grandchildren, theres nothing you can do without the resident, you can only swim 2 days for 3 hours from 3-6 and if you wanna swim on a weekday it has to be 10-12, fishing also sucks because they dont care about them they dont do restocks and they built tunnels for the fishes to go anywhere, it absolutely sucks and if almost any resident sees you they despise you, i remember one time i was with my grandma and a resident called the office and complained because they wanted me to leave. i got kicked out of the pool . and i remember wjen i went fishin i got cussed out by a old man because it was too early. 6/17/25 i went fishing and i almost got hit in the head by a golfer, they dont warn you just...

If you're looking for a sweet place to leave your elderly loved ones while they approach the last of rheir lives, this is NOT the place for them. The women from the main office (primarily Charlotte) are the managers of the park AND the realitors for Lakeview Reality (the only reality company featured in this park). Beacuse of this, they come of extremely cold, money-hungry, and predatory. They are completely unwilling to work with residents and will otherwise do everything in their power to obtain full ownership of every mobile home in the park. Though the park is very pretty, safe, and well taken care of, it's not worth watching the menagement evict another elderly person and turn their home into a cash...

My mother lived this place not too long ago, and absolutely hated it. The women in the front office are rude and just plain nasty. Hemet West Mobile Home Estates may look a little nice on the outside, but the minute management sees a opportunity to slap you with extra fees and notices, they will. And not in a respectful manner. All these pariahs care about is money. I'd highly recommend finding a MUCH BETTER community for your loved ones to live out the rest of their lives. If a loved one is unfortunate enough to die in this place, be prepared for the ladies in the front office to start harassing you about ownership fees for the property. They'll try to take it.
