Starbucks — Restaurant in Hemet

Starbucks broke my heart today…. I been coming here since they opened this location, employees are nice and greed me everyday, on my way in and out. I’m here everyday and sometimes lunchtime as well, I also treat my coworkers when I can…. I spend $200 on holidays and birthday gifts cards for friends, coworkers and relatives…. I requested my credit card for a Starbucks year to date statement so it was from 1/1/2025 to 8/10/2025 a total of $1,218.25. Today after work I realized I forgot my water to take my medication, so I went to Starbucks drive through and ask for water, she ask me if I need it anything else I said no, then she said she couldn’t gave me water if I wasn’t buying anything!! So I went to the second window and I believe he is the assistant manager was there so I ask for a water again, he said unfortunately “I can’t gave you water if you not buying anything..” I told him.. you know I’m always here buying right? He said “yes, but that’s our policy I can’t gave you water” I couldn’t believe they deny water to customers! Sadly I realize that I mean nothing to this company, I love coffee, but I won’t be spending my money here anymore. I’m going to find another coffee shop that value customers, I’m also going to invest in a good coffee maker for my coworkers and I… STARBUCKS SINCE YOU ARE SO STINGY WITH TAP WATER YOU SHOULD ADD IT TO YOUR MENU, IM SURE CUSTOMERS THAT NEED WATER WILL PAY FOR IT, THEY ALREADY BUYING YOUR...

I stopped by on Friday the 7th of April. I wanted to switch it up and try something different, and I did a bit of research to find something from the secret menu. I am glad the front clerk was friendly and willing to take my order because I was thinking they might not do it, but she said to just show her the instructions so she can input it and make sure they had all the ingredients in stock. So I got excited for this Cookies and Cream Cold Brew! I am going put it here just in case anyone in the future wants to change it up and try something different.

-Venti Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew with only 2 pumps of Vanilla, add four pumps of white mocha, ask for 2 pumps of white mocha, ask for two pumps of regular mocha in the cold foam and finally top with mocha cookie crumbles-

By the way, with the upcoming hot days, be patient with all the Starbucks Teams! They are going to be getting slammed for Frapps! And Iced Coffees plus...

Staff is not very friendly and can come off as dismissive. I went through the drive thru and ordered an iced coffee. The drink was given to me with whipped cream and a straw. I was unable to drink through a straw at the time and asked the that the whip be removed. The barista Patricia handed me a flat lid to I can remove the whip and potentially spill in my car, then she closed the window on me! I nicely placed the drink on the counter and waited for her to return. I explained that I cannot remove the whip in my car and to please do so. She grabs the drink with an attitude and say something to her coworker, who begins to laugh. When she returns, I ask for my money back. She again says something apparently funny to her coworker and has a manager issue me a refund. Definitely, not the best customer...
