The Stitch In Time Shoppe — Attraction in Hempfield Township

I called two days ago to See if they had a part for my machine I needed. They said yes and gave me a price. I drove an hour to get here and the old lady did NOT want to help me. After a minute and a half of looking- she said there are a million parts in the back room and there’s no way she’s going to be able to find it. I asked her to call a gentleman who found the part two days ago twice and she said no. I had to buy multiple parts and spent four times the amount I was told over the phone. Awful awful customer service. I planned on getting fabric while I was there, but I didn’t want to support that business and purchase anything I didn’t absolutely have to. I would never go back or recommend anyone...

Either a staff member or the owner were very rude to me while i was doing a delivery with an 18 wheeler to a neighboring store in the same strip mall. He tried to be demanding and told me that I was blocking his customers, I responded "from what?". The music store next door had customers walking in and out with no problem.
