was ok , first and most likely last experience .. I was in the mood for wings and thought buy one get one was a great deal but I was wrong... I got there and could not reach the order board without having to get out of my car... so decided to go thru the drive thru... the new shakes were not listed on the menu board (the tunnel shakes) so I asked about it and was told there would be an upcharge from the master blast shake price... I was confused to went to the window to inquire... I was greeted by a young man (who seemed high ) who said he was the manager... I asked him why they were not listed and got the "i don't know I don't make the prices" I said I did not expect him to be in charge of that but asked why it was not added to the board he said "uhhhhh I don't know" ... I then asked how much the upcharge would be ... he walked away and asked another team member who had to look it up.... seriously when does a manager not know the prices of his store.... then I said ok I will just take the wings and fries I ordered and a shake ... I then said the shake that is 2.59 what size is that ... to which he said it was a regular size... I said are you sure??? he said oh that is the mini shake ... again a manager not knowing his menu.... he then said I could not pay from the pay dock at the window cause it did not work so I could pay once the order was brought to my car.... meaning I had to hand my card over to him.... ... I pulled up and waited... the milkshake was so thick I could barely drink it ... even after it melted by the time I got home... seems instead of using a thin peanut butter syrup for flavor they use actual peanut butter that will seize up a drink.... the fries were cold and I asked how long ago they had come up and he said we JUST made them... I handed him one and he then said sorry you're right they are cold.... so he fixes the drink (which was still too thick but oh well) and the fries and takes the cost off my bill , which was nice but I get home and none of the wings were marked so I could know which were which... I called to ask and was hung up on by the manager ... my son called back and he then told him which wings were which... I would not recommend this place nor the garlic parm wings unless you like a very thick bottled sauce that is a cross between italian dressing and alfredo sauce ...I could accept one or two issues and go back but the lack of professionalism , lack of maintenance on their systems and equipment , and lack of training for the manager which is to be the face of the store leaves me to not wishing to go back... this place I was hoping would be the carhops of old with a personal experience.... very...

I didnt know there machine was broken which is totally fine and understandable, I know its not the stores fault. BUT what is the stores fault is the extremely poor customer service training these kids have in regards to the customers. we where given our food at our stall but wasnt told as to why I wasnt given any drink at all and when we tried to ask the server she was running inside. it was raining, again understandable. so I walked to the door and asked about my drink and she just says sorry our machine is broken with a smile. ohkay, fine, but how do we correct this? so I ask if I can just get a pop. and she said we can add raspberry flavors to anything and I said no thank you I cant have milk products and didnt think any pop flavors would taste good with blue raspberry so i just ask for a dr.pepper. she asks if I could go through the drive through to receive my replacement lesser cost of a drink because they didnt want to walk in the rain? I said I dont drive, im the passenger but I can ask and she cuts me off saying do you mind waiting here, so I do. she returns with a regular size pop and I ask if she can do a large being I paid for a large slushy with add ins and still not getting equal value. so she rolls her eyes walks back inside and hands me the most tasteless dr.pepper its essentially colored seltzer water. I do love sonic but ill be going to other locations where staff care about quality, customer satisfaction and job security because the kids working here dont seem to care...
Read moreWe've been hungry for Sonic and the closest one is 35-40 minutes away. We drove out there disappointed because only the drive through was open... my first big complaint is that they need to replace the speaker. You can barely hear anything even with the vehicle off. Second, my husband tried to order the footlong chili dog combo and was told he couldn't because they were out of hotdogs. Third, it was a long wait for the food. (Not normal "fast food" ). We finally made it to the window and the girl told us the wrong amount and gave us the wrong order. She did apologize and fixed it and was friendly. They are definitely way under staffed! Now on to the food. It was absolutely awful. My husband ended up getting the cheese steak and said it was gross and tasted "spoiled" his tator tots were cold and old. I got the super double cheeseburger combo. The burger was gross. It was incredibly greasy and left an old spoiled grease taste and residue in my mouth. My fries tasted like they were from yesterday. We got the buffalo chicken bites, they were not bad. And I got a shake which was really the only good thing out of our total order. Will not be returning to this sonic or maybe not any sonic after...
