These folks were fantastic! Especially the Manager Jen! My partner has very serious celiac Disease. This has given her major allergies to things like, potatoes (but not sweet potatoes) chicken, onion ect. She gets deathly sick from such things. She had not risked eating out because of that in well over a year. Every place we tried made her sick.
Finally fed up she decided she was having a Red Robin burger (no bun as a large number of GF products contain potato and the bun is no exception).
So her meal would be nothing but a bunless burger, and even that would be a major treat.
We asked for the Manager Jen and talked to her about her restrictions and fears of cross contamination.
Jen was more than happy to help. She would have had Sweet potato fries but it would have been cooked where the normal fries are and thus contaminated. So we asked if they could bake us some.
Well they brought out her burger with a big batch of sweet potato fries. They looked deepfried so we had them check to make sure they were baked. Jen came out and said We took a Clean skillet, she checked the oil to make sure it was safe and fried them in a Skillet! My Partner could not have been more thrilled.
She ate one fry and nearly cried. She had not had anything like that in a good 6 years and even then she got violently sick.
She was still worried about cross contamination as it had gotten her every time we tried (even Little Es which as the big GF sign on it)
She didn't care if she got sick for a week or not, she just needed something but the very limited choices at home.
I cannot express how touched and happy she was with the sweet potato fries and how they All went out of their way to make her experience a good one.
For the first time eating out in over 8 years She Did NOT get sick!
It still stunns us both that she did not.
They Take Allergies and Celiac Seriously there. I very very highly recommend them!

At first everything was fine My sister and I got our food but then that was the last time we seen our waitress for at least half an hour. It was slightly busy but she went to the tables that where beside us and it was almost like me and my sister became invisible. I don't know if she may have had a problem with us because we are black because she just was very rude when she came back to the table and asked if we needed anything else and yes I was frustrated so I said not now after you took so long our food and drinks are gone. She never same back for a refill after our food came and did not ask about bottomless fries. Then when my sister asked for more fries and a water and she almost acted like she didn't want to get it for her. When she came back with my sister's items she slammed them quickly on the table and walked away. Then she came back and asked us twice how we wanted the check when I told her all on one. She continued to have an attitude so I did the survey on the pad you pay on and I could here her loud an clear saying to her co-workers there go table number 44 typing away and then swearing after that. I kept my receipt I know that was my table number and which is embarrassing because it's not hard to figure out which table she was talking about and she was acting like I was the problem. I did speak to a fill in manager but doesn't seem like much is going to be done so this seems to be the only way to get the information out there for others to see. Read moreI took my family to dinner last night. After being seated, we waited at least 10-15 mins before the manager came over and apologized. Said our waitress was “held up” at another table and she’d be taking our drink orders. Our waitress finally came over AFTER we had already eaten our apps and had our drinks (no utensils or plates at the table either we had to ask for those after we finished our appetizers) she took our order. The table next to us had just as many people and ordered after us got their food first. My father asked for no pink in his burger and his burger came out mostly pink. Our waitress never came back to check on us. After about another 20-25 mins we finally flagged down the manager again and told her about the pink burger. She apologized and said it would be redone. At this point everyone else at the table had finished their meals. My poor father waited another at least 30 mins for his burger to come back. Our waitress still never came back to our table. Keep in mind the restaurant was not packed and they appeared to be adequately staffed to say the least. His burger finally came out and our waitress finally came back over to hand us our check. The entire time we were there, she came over 2 times. Once to take our order AFTER the manager had already got our drink order and then to hand us our bill.
