Smart Fix - Henderson - iPhone | iPad | Computer Repair Center — Attraction in Henderson

"So I was in town on vacation and my worst nightmare happened. I dropped my iPhone X while riding the roller coaster on the top of the stratosphere. Luckily it only fell all the way to the ground. When i found it the screen was basically glass dust but when i went looking for a quality repair store, none could be found that met my criteria. What i was looking for: a store that not only met my repair needs, but could also offer a fine glass of wine and an engaging conversation (my two favorite things). I vetted all the repair shops I could find in and around Henderson and this was the only one that was not only a Jack of all trades but a master of all as well. I can not rate this store highly enough. They took my dust and used the infinity gauntlet or something to reassemble it back into something resembling a completely brand new looking screen (or maybe it was just the time gem, which, by the way, couldnt Dr. Strange have just used that to bring Tony back? It seems to be able to be used in a localized space where nothing outside of it is affected, thereby leaving the effects of iron man's snap alone but reversing the effects on his body, but I digress) much faster than I thought possible. After that they served me a fine glass of wine and then proceeded to engage me in conversation for the rest of the night. I made many memories on this trip but these I will remember most of all. I want to be happy with the work done here, but am so disappointed! I came in because my iPhone screen cracked over the camera which made it difficult to take pictures. I spent $125 to have the screen replaced, but now the keyboard doesn’t function properly. I went back to address the issue and was told they don’t see it as an issue. I totally regret having the screen replaced because I was better off before. Now I’m somewhat forced to get a new phone. $125 wasted. I am so disappointed.

Edit: In response to the business response I received, I returned to the store to show there is an issue with the phone. That was me addressing my concern and me being told there is not an issue. When I attempted to type a sentence out the issue was clear, but they opted to not see it. Their portrayal of the situation makes little sense and is disappointing. What purpose does it serve to have stellar service done and then request assistance for an issue that doesn’t exist? There was an issue and it was my hope they could fix it. Unfortunately they chose not to see...

My wife's iPhone 12 battery needed to replaced. Looking at all the google reviews we decided on "Smart Fix". We live in Kingman AZ and this location was the closest to where we live. Call the number listed and made an appointment for the following day. Julio did a fantastic job. UPDATE 4/26/2025: 3 months later and the 3rd party battery is dead. Took the phone to the Apple Town Square store to have them replace the battery. Apple replaced the battery but also found that the 3rd party battery that "Smart Fix put in the phone" shorted out the charging system. Now my wife's phone needs to be replaced. I will never visit this store ever again. Attempted to Julio and never received a call back!!!!! Anyone is thinking about have any Apple repairs done should go directly to Apple. DO NOT TRUST SMART FIX...
