This is my third time coming to Cuppa Yo in Hermiston and likely my last. I have been here as an individual and for a birthday party. The yogurt is fabulous but unfortunately the setting is always lacking and gross. The bathrooms are not kept clean and there was no soap. The floors and tables are hardly ever wiped down or clean. The dispensers are always dripping or cross contaminated. Donā€™t came in barefoot to the childrenā€™s area youā€™ll leave with black feet and the staff are very uninterested.

This place is so amazing! The yogurt is phenomenal! Bunch of yummy toppings! They offer dairy free options as well! šŸ„° Love the vibe they have in this establishment! They also offer a Kids corner for your kiddos to play!

Our little girl dropped her cup just as she was sitting down to the table. The wonderful girl behind the register was so kind letting her replace her cookie and some toppings that hit the floor (the yogurt survived). Even smiled as she swept up the accident for us. Very welcoming...
