Sharetea Herndon — Attraction in Herndon

ShareTea Herndon needs to be reported to the county’s Food Safety Dept for it’s uncleanliness and mishandling of food/drinks!

After hearing great reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I was greeted by a friendly employee when I walked in and I noticed that she was the only one working even though the place was pretty busy.

While I give credit for her friendliness, I saw her opening the bathroom door for a customer (it’s locked unless you ask) then immediately going back to handling drinks. And no, they don’t wear gloves here so I watched her put her hands into a container of chopped fruits to grab the scooper inside of it right after touching the bathroom door.

As if this wasn’t enough, while making my drink… like mid shaking the shaker bottle, she saw someone walk in so she stopped and walked over to the register to take their order. Once she was done, she went back to making my drink without washing her hands. Like what!?

The cherry on top was the second employee walking into the store and going straight to the kitchen area and making drinks without washing her hands or anything.

As for my review on the drink that I got - I ordered a taro milk tea and it came with clumped milk powder.

Normally I’d give places a second try, but after seeing how unclean things are here, it’s a hard...

I really love Sharetea ! I highly recommend this location.

We frequent this place and love the way they make their boba. Their Ice Blended Taro is very nice (. I get it with boba and skip the pudding, but it’s personal preference ).

The cookies and cream one is good as well. My kiddos like the strawberry ice blended drink there.

I tend to be a creature of habit but am going to explore other flavors , since I like the way this Boba place makes their drinks.

The ambiance is nice. They place nice music , they have a cozy section with couch and games, so my kids love playing the games while drinking their boba.

I also appreciate that the bathroom is very clean! This is a major point for me , because so many restaurants and shops fail in this area, but Sharetea pleasantly surprised me with their cleanliness.

The owner is very kind and makes the experience even better.

I get excited whenever it comes to Bubble Tea. Today was my first visit to ShareTea Herndon, and I thoroughly enjoyed my Bubble Tea and the atmosphere here. I’ve been to ShareTea DC before, but I like this one better since it’s pretty new and they would be focusing more on the quality of Bubble Tea as well as customer service. I’m sure not many people would know this place so I didn’t want to post a review for the world to view but I think everyone should try this Bubble Tea once, and I’m sure you’ll keep coming for more. It’s a place that can easily accommodate 10-15 people so could be a good place for a reunion over maybe a Starbucks? The Bubble Tea I got was Coffee Creama, and I got 2 on my first visit haha because it would taste exactly how you’d want it to be. Their ambience is also pretty neat and clean and their service is good too. Would recommend this place to all Bubble...
