Not what I expected at all. Highly disappointed. 2 stars for the massive selection of name brand hair care products, but that's it. Wigs... very limited selection with extremely inflated prices. The styles... limited, the actual fit of the off-brand wigs, awful! I regularly wear wigs as a protective styling option to limit the amount of heat used on my natural hair, so I'm very familiar with the brands and pricing. There is an extreme markup on Vivca,Bobbi and Model Model brands. They have styling booths to get your hair done, can not speak on the service but there were people in there. Finally the check out staff, very poor attitudes. Wasn't greeted when I entered or given a thank you after signing my receipt. With all that said, this is a brand new beauty supply store. Maybe this is acceptable for High Point residents but for me, unacceptable. I will not return. There are TOO many options to purchase wigs and hair care products than to patronize...

I went into the store to purchase some lip gloss for my daughter. The cashier gave me the total. Went to pay for my items and she told me the system went down and to give her a second. The other cashier goes to help another customer and then ring them out. So as I am waiting for system to come back up, however other young lady could have rung me out. The cashier still said the system is still down, so I can’t do anything at this time, this was horrible customer service. The cashier then goes on to tell the other cashier that if anyone else comes in, tell them that the system is down. Once again the other cashier could have rung me out. This is the second time that I have been in this particular store and had poor customer service. I will go all the way to Greensboro to go the hair store before I ever step foot back on this store. Literally the worst experience I've had with a beauty supply store. I purchased a lace front wig here and the store manager Jay referred me to get it installed by an IN store stylist Christian Cline. My hair was a complete NIGHTMARE. he started by braiding all of my hair into one huge straight back and combed the remainder of my hair to the middle with Got2b 😱. And then placed my lace front on. Cut my lace front WRONG. and the lace was in the middle of my forehead. REMIND you my lace front was 240 and the style 160. The beauty world manager offered me a full refund of the style 160. But when I arrived he changed it to 100. Saying Christian Cline does not work for beauty world. He just is leasing a part of the salon. Doesn't matter to me.
