I went to the drive thru ordered a chicken sandwich on wheat. The menu plainly states the sandwich comes with mayo , lettuce & tomato. I received a plan chicken breast on dry bread. When I called to explain the first lady I spoke with was argumentive with me with no interest in making bthings right. She said " you know what here and handed the phone to someone named Moe. When asked if if she was manager she responded this is Moe. I kindly responded that I didn't wanna keep telling the same story over and over so please let me speak with manager. She yells out to someone else here's another customer complaining. Never asked me to hold while I get you a manager or anything thing The next voice was Brent who says you should have asked for the mayo lettuce tomato Again it clearly states on the menu board it comes with it. He continues not to accept responsibility saying well some people don't want it on there. ??? but offered a free sandwich the next time. That doesn't help me today!! I'm hungry now. I got my lunch on my way to office because I don't have an opportunity to go...

First time coming here. Went thru the drive thru. Got our food and asked for ketchup please. The lady working the window looked right at us and turned around and walked off. No conversation, no acknowledgment, nothing. We drove off. The food was okay. I thought it was expensive for 2 biscuits, 2 very small hashbrowns, one small drink and one medium tea. $21. The biscuit I purchased was a bacon, egg and cheese. The bacon was extremely greasy and made the bottom of the biscuit fall apart. The bacon was mostly hard and in crumbles. We also got a chicken biscuit and it was okay. Rating : 3/10. I understand customer service is hit or miss now days. This was an older lady at the window and she just wasn't polite. She made it seem like it was a nuisance we were even there...

I just went through the drive-thru, and the young lady who gave me my food literally slung the bag out the window without making eye contact or saying a word. While I was waiting she was talking about her dinner plans and the hope of having ribs or barbecue chicken. She could not have been less concerned about doing her job and tending to her customers. It is a long time pet peeve of mine to go through a drive-thru or get counter service and encounter an employee who can't be troubled to even acknowledge the customer. If you can't muster up enough professionalism, and heaven forbid friendliness to acknowledge and appreciate your customer, you do not need to be in a customer facing job.
