Two stars only because I know the products here are high quality. However, the new staff needs customer service training. I have been a customer since 2014. I did not recognize the new staff so I asked if, “Pam” was still there. Just a, “no.” I said, “alright! Well I am just going to look around seeing as a lot has changed in the store.” No engagement. As I made my way to the check out, “is there something I can help you with?” Well… at that point no! I was asked a total of 4 times from the same individual if I needed help and followed around the store as if I was going to steal something. Coincidentally there were other customers in the store who were white. They were asked once and left alone to shop. I did end up purchasing something only out of need and the fact that I travelled quite a distance to see the place, but I do not intend on returning. If you don't mind patronizing a store that is racist then this is your place. I do not...
