Good people. Squeezed me in last minute. Ran into some issues with my BMW but the guys here stayed late getting figured out and even helped me out with a ride to get my kids from school because of the extra time it took. Even hooked the kids up with drinks while they waited. Definitely would recommend them for audio needs

.................................Update................................... I've tried to update this post a few times now. I can't say this loud enough!!! Do not I repeat Do not bring your newer high end vehicles to the location in Lexington Ave in High Point NC. They have personally shorted out several modules in my 2010 BMW 550i gt to the point i have no audio at all now and my main module is having communication issues so bad I am unable to operate the vehicle in a safe manner. When the whole system lasted 20 min tops before I heard a pop I contacted the company the filtering business dayonly to have them tell me it couldn't be them I must have had the problem beforehand and never did anything to help fix what is still broken for almost $800 dollars for a single 12 L7 in a box and amp I figured the price was for skill set but come to find out I'm not the first not the last this has happened to and they have denied responsibility for. I wouldn't let them install a fuse let alone any type of car audio equipment me personally have...

Went up to get new headlight bulbs put in. Same day, guy that did it was upselling a headlight restoration. I know how to do headlight restorations myself as I am a detailer but was lazy and wanted to see how it came out if someone else did it. A day later after the headlight restoration, my headlights had these dots all over them and they were already hazing again. Called back up there to have it fixed again due to something obviously going wrong. Went back up there and it was redone. A few days later and it's happening again. Little dots all on my headlights. Also noticed when looking at the headlights, that there is a new gap where the bumper goes under the headlight. This was not there before I took it the last time. Neither time they did the headlight restoration did it last more than 2 days before looking completely awful. Not to mention I don't appreciate there being a fairly large gap now on the front of my car. I'm almost scared to even go there again because so far each time I go my car comes back worse...

Tried to get my windows tinted there...Seeings how I'm a resident of High Point.. I wanted to show love by giving them my business...Stopped by to inquire about it & was told, yes we'll get you in today...I'll call you in about a hour or two..3hrs go by...I call, he says sure I call ya in a bout a hour...another almost 2 hours go by...I call again...He says, we gonna get to you...I'll call you in just a lil..Another hour goes by...No call...Hey if you guys don't want certain folks business, then you should just tell them..I ended up going somewhere in Greensboro though & they done a wonderful job..I paid a lil more money but that's ok...They treated me really nice & stuck by their word...That meant more to me than anything & they done good work. I don't know why you guys blew me off..I don't like making assumptions but it's not cool to tell a potential customer something you don't plan on standing by. I will never try to offer you guys any of my business in the future...
