They aren't technically open until September 24, but Google said they were open (since updated.) I drove all the way from Dorchester in rush hour traffic to make it before 6pm, only to see the sign upon entering. I asked the owner, Helen (assumed spelling) if I could take some photos after letting her know of my travels, and only purpose for coming so far south dressed as a giant jack-o-lantern. 🎃🖤 She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and even brought out the giant chicken for me to pose with. I cannot wait to go back with my niblings and see Nihtila Farm in all of its seasonal glory! Read moreFirst thing to know is that this is a REALLY small farm. The second thing to know is bring a vehicle that doesn't sit low because the one road is super narrow and is all torn up. Half the battles getting in and out of the narrow road that barely fits 1 car.
Once you're there you can see the bunny, pig, and sheep in a cage before you pick your pumpkin. They had hay rides but we didn't get a chance to go because of the crowd.
