Corner Grill Nâ Pizzeria in Holbrook is one of those places that instantly makes you feel like youâve stumbled upon a local treasure. Itâs casual, inviting, and exactly the type of spot you want in your neighborhood when the craving for great food hits. From the moment you walk in, youâre greeted with the warm aroma of pizza baking in the oven, and you know right away youâre in for something good.
The Italian-style pizza here is excellent. I grabbed a couple of slices, and they were everything you want in a proper sliceâfresh out of the oven, perfectly cheesy, and with a sauce that tastes homemade. The crust was crisp on the outside with just the right chew on the inside, and it held up beautifully under the toppings. Itâs the kind of pizza you can eat any day of the week and never get tired of, which says a lot. Thereâs something about the way they balance the flavors that really makes it stand out from your average pizza joint.
But Corner Grill Nâ Pizzeria doesnât stop at pizza. I tried the Boom Boom chicken sandwich, and honestly, it was the highlight of the meal. The chicken was tender and juicy with a perfect golden crunch on the outside, and the Boom Boom sauce was phenomenalâcreamy, tangy, and just enough spice to keep things interesting without overpowering the sandwich. Every bite was packed with flavor, and itâs the type of sandwich that immediately makes you think, âIâm coming back for this again.â
The sides were also impressive. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasonedâexactly how fries should be. And the wings? They were some of the best Iâve had in the area. Meaty, well-cooked, and flavorful, they hit all the right notes whether youâre eating them on their own or pairing them with pizza.
What really makes Corner Grill Nâ Pizzeria special is how consistent everything is. From the pizza to the sandwiches to the sides, every item tasted like it was made with care. Itâs rare to find a place that nails multiple categories on the menu, but they truly do.
If youâre in Holbrook and want fresh pizza, incredible sandwiches, and great sides, this spot is a must-visit. Iâll definitely be back...
Read moreWe usually order from here when we want subs or salads. Not a huge fan of the pizza. I always order online since itâs much easier and I feel thereâs way less of a chance of there being a mistake versus speaking my order over the phone making there a chance the person taking my order hears me wrong or accidentally hits the wrong button etc. so I havenât had any issues. Unfortunately they donât deliver that I know of to where I live so I always opt for pickup it is always ready when I get there since I will watch tracker and leave with in ten minutes of the estimate done time. Sadly if we want corner grill and absolutely donât want to go pick it up we have to use grub hub. Which we used for first time the other night. We spent over $80 in food (because yes grub hub ups the typical prices a bit so I get that) but issue was when we received our order it was missing a large jalapeĂąo poppers which costed $10 it was on the receipt they had stapled to the bag and everything else on it had been xâed off with a marker besides that. Then one the subs was supposed to be a small chicken parm sub but instead they gave egg plant. I felt awful because both those items was my husbands. Everyone else had gotten their food and correct besides him so he had nothing to eat. I only am reviewing here because what was done wasnât grub hubs fault. All they do is pick the food up and drive it to the destination. And know it was corner grill that had forgot the poppers because every other item was checked off besides that one item. And I have no idea how the chicken sub has changed to egg plant. Also ordering through grub hub for corner grill is such a pain. It doesnât have all the menu items they usually have. Corner grill honestly should just drop grub hub or fix the issues with ordering with them. I just ordered now through the website and am doing pick up versus grub hub so I am hoping there wonât be any issues with this order with missing food or...
Read moreI was told that this place had great pizza and salad. But I wasnât told how the girl in the gray hat would react to customer inquiries. On first day, I got a slice of cheese pizza and a Greek salad the food was great. Iâd give it a seven. The is pizza kind of floppy. But tasty in its own right salad seem fresh. All the ingredients seem on point. Upon paying for my order, there was a constituent that was standing directly behind the Pay area and had his phone out while I was paying from my order I can only assume that he acquired my information of my card with the use of his phone. With no hesitation I placed my card under lost and then proceeded to call the establishment and explain what I presumed happened and the consequences. So the girl in the gray hat, has she described herself, took the phone call and ended up defending the constituent saying that he had been going there for a while and he was OK from her words. I explain that there should be no one behind the pay area with their phone out. It caused problems. Two days later I went back to enjoy another salad and this time pepperoni slice only to hear as left the establishment, a concerning crack from what sound like a small petite female voice I hope your taste buds enjoy it. And the day after eating, I havenât left the toilet. I feel sick to the stomach. I feel almost like vomiting. If this continues, Iâm going to the hospital and then Iâm gonna talk...
