My experience with this liquor store was terrible. The service, well the complete lack of. I recently purchased a 40oz of Miller which was flat and had gone bad I as a decent customer called to let them know they must have just purchased a batch of bad beer. I was hoping to at least return it to receive a good one. I was told no, I understand the no return policy on an open beer so I at least wanted to explain to him that that batch of beer is no good and to check it out so no other customer will be in the same position. I was told I was a liar and hung up on. I have nothing to gain by helping his business take care of his customers so why not listen if its at his best interest. Horrible service. I have been going there for years because of the convenience being down the street so I put up with the horrible service. I have reached the point that I will not shop there anymore and tell everyone I know not to as well. They do not care about local customers and their store is always dusty. The business owner are very kind and helpful!!😊 They really care about finding what you need providing great customer service for all that walk in. Smaller store but has what you need for a decent popular selection. Oh yeah, haha, next door there is a good pizza/ sub shop next door and convenience all around to get anything you need all at once.
