This place is amazing ."The care and compassion that is shown to me and any patient was top notch. The staff is pleasant and approachable. I also recommend this place if you want to be comfortable and treated well . Also when they make your appt there is not sitting around , they Get you in on time and get you out on time . What makes this place amazing is how front desk is so friendly and there customer service is exceptional and mark he is awesome , kind and I love the fact that he explains everything to you as you are doing it . I've been Receiving Treatment @ National Physical Therapy in Holbrook, For about 2 years and a half. Owner Mark and his Outstanding staff, Which is headed by Janice. Do a Great job there, Friendly /Professional /Accommodating. Along with Great Physical Therapist that do a Very Good job in attending to your needs. To a Good Recovery, They take the time to Listen and Treat. Without feeling like you are being Ignored! And they are Very Attention to Detail there. That's why after My Wife's Knee Surgery, I Referred her to go there. And she Loves it there. Need I Say Anymore a 5 Star!! Establishment / Company / Team........ I know there are So Many Physical Therapy Companies out there Especially Now. But Remember you have to Pick the right one! The Others Fall behind and Line..... Small place with few staff members. There is usually 1 Physical Therapist helping 4 patients at the same time which is wrong. Staff members were good few months ago but now the front desk is like super disorganized. I called them 4 times and no one ever pick up the phone. When left messages no one returned my calls. Had to show up in person to make apppintment which they canceled without my knowledge. I showed up and they were like oh we tried to call you bla bla bla. Only reason I chose this place in the first place because it was close to my house. I would not go or...
