Holbrook House of Pizza — Restaurant in Holbrook

I Called to order stuffed shells with pizza sauce. I explained to the girl on the phone I wanted alot of sauce. I recieved my order and there was no sauce and a ton of cheese and it was so burnt it broke the fork they provided. So I called back To inform them that there was no sauce and it was burnt. They offered to remake it or give me a credit towards next time. I said I do not order often so please remake it. And again I said please make sure there is allot of sauce, I want the sauce to come over top of the shells and very light cheese. Doorbell rang and I gave back the first order and opened the second. And to my surprise had to call back once again there was so much cheese is was sickening and barely any sauce. So I called back and got told I will give you a free one next time. I said I don't want a free one because I don't order often. I'm sorry $38.00 for a steak sub and stuffed shells it alot for a pizza place. It's a shame I have to write this because I used to order it all the time and just spoke highly of them not even a week ago, hence the reason I ordered. To bad I can't post a picture. The first one I ordered was so burnt to the bottom I was able to hang it upside down and not a drop fell out. I posted a picture under the photos on Google I'm extremely disappointed shame on you...

I told them pick up and they brought it to my house. My gf had to wait on the driver to come back and payed for it. We got charged a delivery to and top it off the fires are cold 🥶. I don’t know if it’s the new owner not listen at all had a similar problem before too. We had wait on a pick up for 30 mins when we waited 30 when we placed it on the phone. Listen do your job. If don’t like it then don’t be in the food industry. I lost my appetite but couldn’t return food they already charged me. Disappointed entirely lost me as a Faithful lifelong customer. The food itself is very good if we're going by sub shop standards. Having tried a range of menu items from buffalo chicken wraps to specialty pizzas, definitely have no complaints there. When eating in I love the large (yet poorly positioned for the customers) tv that always seems to be on NFL Network and there often seems to be little NFL related debates buzzing around which is always fun, though this is only appreciated by a few obviously. Though service is nothing to write home about. In fairness I have never been treated particularly rude, but the workers seem to care less whether you were there or not and a smile is rare to see.
