This place is adorable and I would highly recommend!
The brazilian has you in and out in 15 minutes and they use a lot of different products to ensure the best wax at the best price I could find in SLC.
The studio is adorable and they even have a Ryan Goesling motivational poster for when your being waxed which I found so silly.
Way better than European Wax Centers.

While I was in, I set an appointment for the following month, roughly 4 weeks later. For whatever reason, they decided to book it 3 days later? Why would you need waxed 3 days later?
The first person said they didn't know why, so they just changed the services. That would have been a good time to call, as it would indicate that there was probably an error in ther booking.
Instead, they charged me 50% for services I didnt want 3 days later.
I called and the first lady said she had to talk to her manager and I would hear back later. Two days later and nothing.
I called again and the second lady refused to help. She wouldnt even leave a note for her manager. She insisted that if I needed to talk to her, I had to email her myself. I did email their manager, but it was more of a hassle then I felt I should have had given I didnt ask for a wax 3 days later.
The manager did refund me, but overall the experience was not great. I do not think calling 3 times and emailing is really necessary for a straightforward issue.
After this, would I recommend you go? Probably not. And if you do, make sure that the date they tell you they will book it is actually the day they book your appointment, or you will be charged 50%. I can understand the no show fee of there weren't booking errors, however it is a hassle that will take more time than its worth. You'd probably be better just having your bank...

They are all brilliant and magnificent in their own unique way! My most recent visits have been with Kristen, and getting to know her has made me wonder if she’s actually real! There’s no good way to describe or explain that! You’ll have to meet her, and see for yourself! Everything she does is flawless! And I’m pretty sure she is also a PHD Clinical Psychologist, moonlighting as an esthetician! Her brain might be more incredible than her physical tools or esthetics skills! Read moreUpdate: The owner Monique and Esthetician Robin were quick to correct the issue. I appreciate them taking a personal approach to the matter to resolve my problem - I have received a full refund, and appreciate their promptness.
I used to love coming here but for a company with a very strict cancellation policy, they called the day of my appointment to cancel last minute and asked me to reschedule. When I explained I couldn’t come in before 5:00pm or on another day, Ashley acted like it wasn’t really her problem. I asked to have Monique call me back to see if I could be refunded for my monthly membership for the month of august, keep in mind I have had This membership FOR YEARS. Ashley said I could email Monique and cancel my membership online.
Customer service was seriously lacking and I’m incredibly disappointed in the quality and lack of professionalism. Needless to say I did email and canceled my membership and the only response I got was the automated response from canceling my membership. The best part is in order to even get the form to go through with a cancellation you have to say it’s okay for them to keep your money they charged for the membership. So I paid for services that will not be received.
I find it incredibly inconsiderate of a company to place a fee on customers if they cancel within a 24 hour period, yet the company themselves can cancel on their customers and not issue a refund.
