Went in Thursday night. Well so my wife and I are bartenders. And I’m also a chef. The young girl was nice and helpful. The older chick was rude as H. Typical Utah person. No hospitality,no personality, and no home training too. I don’t know if she was drunk or that just how she acts. But place was empty. Like 10 people maybe. And I see why!!!!! So they have chairs stools and tables near end of bar. She kept literally raising her voice yelling to move outta her way!!! Well move those stools. People in Utah are slooooooooow. Not talking about speed either. Then she disappeared for like 20 minutes. Just got our bill from the sweet younger lady after one round. And walked across the street to bar named sue had a good time amd that bar was packed. Probably 125-150 people. Spent 300 not including tip. Think we tipped our cocktail server $100+ for the night at the bar next door. That why we just laugh anymore at utahs poor poor service here. Cause we TIP!!!! And have a good time. But glad I’m not water and that bartender wasn’t a horse cause she’d of died of thirst. Lol. We have been to almost every state in the US. Utah has the worst service period!!!! These people need to be trained badly!!! I see why these people don’t make money. Not here obviously but my wife makes $3-5000 a week being a bartender. Anywhere in the country besides here. Y’all need help and Jesus. Bless...
Read moreMy friends and I went in to enjoy a few drinks and play some video games downstairs however the night went horribly wrong due to the owner. We arrived at the the bar and promptly bought ourself a some drinks. As per usual all of us we just casually hanging out at the bar or playing video games downstairs. Eventually I had to use the restroom and a friend accompanied me. While in the restroom I was talking to my friend as I went (not very classy but not hurting anyone). All of a sudden this insanely aggressive and seemingly drunk woman begins accosting my friend and I. My pants were still down as this woman screamed at us and announced she was the owner telling us we had to leave. Upon inquiring as to what we had done to merit such an extreme response she decided to get her security members to kick us out (keep in mind we are still in the restroom). After lots of confusion and yelling we left with zero idea as to what had occurred or why we had been kicked out of the bar. Due to our unfair treatment and premature expulsion of this dump I was unable to close my tab and retrieve my card. When I tried to return to get my card back I was denied and told I could not even enter the facility to gather my belongings. No card and no explanation. Thanks for the WORST bar experience I have ever...
Read moreIf I could give a Zero stars I would. I was there for a birthday party with about 20 of my friends after walking over from a bar named sue. I was sitting at the bar top When I noticed the Bartender Medo Drop and break a glass which happened to fall into the ice bin. I from there noticed him pick out a couple of the pieces of glass and go back to his business. THIS IS WRONG AND CAN REALLY HURT SOMEONE! I told the bartender that I witnessed the glass break into the ice bin and I would fell more comfortable if he washed out the bin and start over with fresh ice as there can be glass shards that I don't want to drink. He told me "to mind my own f*$#ing business and leave if I don't like it." I asked to speak to his manager and he told me he is at the front door. I went over to the gentlemen at the door and told him about the situation at hand and he said to me "what do you want me to do about it, if you have a problem leave or call the Health Department" So I took my party of Twenty and left, going back to Bar name Sue where they care about the health of there customers....
