Scenic trail that offers beautiful views of the Kaiwi Shoreline, coast, and mountainous landscapes. For a truly awesome experience i would recommend coming at sunrise or sunset. Here nature seems so vibrant and full of color. We walked, ran, and otherwise enjoyed ourselves on the relatively low stress level hike; a paved road leading up to a couple sets of stairs ending with a beautiful view of the Kaiwi coast and lighthouse. Read morePretty beach trail that takes you to Pele's chair, Alan Davis beach and connects to Makapu'u lighthouse trail. We parked at the small parking area across the kalanialaole hwy by the golf course. You need to move quick across the hwy then hop over the railing to start the trail.
