This place sucks!!! Went there with my hubby and my brother and sis in law both in the military. First of all this place is primitive you have to bring your own target and ear protection. We knew this so we planned accordingly. We get there and there is aa manager who seemed unpleasant and unwelcoming. We set up and begin shooting and I noticed that he paid an exorbitant amount of attention to our group. It seems as if he had a problem with the people in our group( everything from our eyewear to how we held our weapons). After about 45 minutes he told us to pack our things and go. When we questioned him about his decision he gave us an excuse that was thin. Truthfully we were not angry with the decision to ask us to leave because this place was our second choice, but in the disrespectful manner in which it was done. The owners of this place should take care that the managers treat their customers with respect their revenue...
Read moreAwful shooting range. We showed up and and they asked how many had fired before. Because we said we were military and one person's wife hadn't shot before, they would not let us shoot. We were only allowed to shoot two bullets to "function check" our weapons.
The range worker watched us like a hawk the whole time, and at one point took my gun out of my hand for some bizarre reason. I am a knowledgeable and safe shooter, I've been shooting for some time, and let me say that was the stupidest thing I had ever seen someone do. That guy could have gotten himself accidentally shot. The whole culture there seemed to...
Read moreGreat range with good people running things. If u are firing standing up make sure u are all the way to the edge of the concrete or they will get into u. You have to have your own targets, they are very reasonable about the targets as long as the dimensions match. It’s understandable for safety that the range staff watch over you but it seemed a little intrusive. I felt very pressured with the range staff directly over my shoulder at some points making it uncomfortable to shoot. Overall a great day at the range. Make sure you throw your brass in the yellow buckets and ensure the staff can see your breech is exposed for...
