This is how they deliver there products to you and then leave. I was at work and got a text from there delivery driver if they could drop this appliance somewhere or reschedule for next Wednesday. I was so appauld when I read that and called and was told the same thing. I paid extra to carry it upstairs into my house and they wanted to leave it someplace at the bottom of the stairs, who was going to carry it upstairs. Then they leave appliance like that without checking to see if it works and remove tapes. When I talked to the person that I purchased the appliance from it was with clear understanding that the time frame was up till 2:00 for delivery, and it was said I could make be there @2:30, give me notification a day before so I could make arrangement for someone to be there if it was going to be earlir. He responded quickly to my inquiries about what was available so we knew it was worth our while to stop in. We had a price point in mind and they had some suitable models. He showed us around when we arrived and we discussed the merits of different models. They have a weekly schedule for deliveries so we could get our new refrigerator on Wednesday. Other online vendors were quoting March 25th. The purchase experience was Amazing and we got a 18 cu feet "scratch and dent from Lowe's" with built in ice maker , through Ross for about $600.
