Sundance Spas of Hawaii — Attraction in Honolulu

sadly, it's easy to buy a hot tub from the store but when it's time for fixing it, the one guy that does it is too busy and in my case sent another guy to fix my tub. The other guy was very unprofessional, show up at my house, had no idea what to do or how to fix it, was going to order a piece but had to go back to the store to do this instead of calling to find out if they had it. He was then suppose to order the part, never got back to me and when I text him back, had no idea who I was. Very disappointed in after sale service. Nobody else ever called to ask me if I was satisfied , very poor...

I have wanted a hot tub all my life! I finally was in a position to purchase one years ago and started shopping around. Price vary hugely but I was told more than once, 'buy a Sundance Spa for the service". I did and I must say, service is what it is all about. Dan at Sundance has gone out of his way to repair my tub and I live on the North Shore. It not only has lasted 15 years but anytime it needs repair, Dan is there. When I buy my new one soon, it will be at Sundance Hawaii with Dan! Carl...

He was very knowledgeable about our specific model and walked me through the whole process, checking the function of each step and confirmed it was working correctly.
