H&S Appliance Outlet — Attraction in Hot Springs

Tuesday afternoon I dropped a vase from the cupboard above our washer. Well it went straight through the lid and shattered the glass top. I called an appliance repairman and after checking he let us know LG doesn’t make the part anymore. He did find a used one on Amazon but after the cost of the part and the labor to install and clean all the glass out of the drum he felt it was better to buy a new one. He suggested we check out H and S so I called and talked to Desiree and she said sometimes they can deliver the same day or the next if we find what we like. Wednesday morning we met with Kevin and he helped us pick out a new Speed Queen washer and dryer. At 2:00 Sean and Brian delivered the set, set them up, showed us the features and hauled our old set to the truck. They were fast, efficient and even let me clean and vacuum the floor before they hooked up the new ones. This has been the best experience I could have had buying a washer and dryer. I have bought several used through marketplace and was having the worst luck buying lemon after lemon and then I found h&s 🙌🙌 not only did they deliver to my far away home - when I couldn’t get these to work either they sent Brad to bring new ones… upon arriving he discovered it wasn’t the washer that was faulty it was my breaker!!! ABOVE AND BEYOND THIS MAN WENT!!! He fixed it!!! He discovered why NOTHING I had bought was working. (Being in a new rent house we’ve had lots of surprises) if I would have went with Lowe’s or Home Depot or any other appliance shop i would have NEVER figured this out. At least not for several more months and headaches. I am beyond thankful for h&s and the amazing custom service they’ve went out of their way (literally out of the way) to provide! The prices are fair. But be warned they do NOT have a good knowledge of the products they sell. I went in to buy a gas dryer and the sales person tried to sell me an electric dryer. I explicitly told them I needed a gas dryer and had to point out that the unit they were showing me was electric. Make sure you examine the products closely because they may be missing parts. The gas dryer I bought was missing the leveling feet which I did not realize until I got it home and went to try and level it. When I went to get the feet the clerk said that was a risk I took buying an open box item. I knew it was open box and they said there might be a scratch or dent but not that parts might be missing. I would only recommend purchasing from them if you have no other options.
