I am a very frequent consumer here, i’ve brought my entire family to buy from here and we buy the very expensive fragrances here. Today I just got out of here with my perfumes but was very upset on how my mother and i were mistreated by the owner or manager. Of course i was very confused because we would assume she would recognize us by now since in the past she’s been very kind and helpful. I checked the time to make sure i wasn’t in there while they were close but no, it was exactly 4:40pm and they close at 6pm. Anyway so i continue to get my fragrances, every question i had she would answer very snarky and well it made me feel upset because she knew who my mom and i were and so i was confused why she being rude. She wouldn’t even let me try the testers even though they say testers, so that’s when i told my mom that i was confused why she was giving me attitude. We start to check out and we end up telling one of the employees there the treatment the manger was giving us and she seemed embarrassed. The manager ends up coming to us and my mother ends up confronting her on why she was treating me like i wasn’t a valuable consumer, she stays quiet and just says okay with no apology or anything, we told her we’d try to understand that this was a one time thing and we’d continue coming but today was just unacceptable. We love bringing our family here so i really hope this isn’t a continuous behavior. edit: Response to the companies reply i can clarify that we were only there for 15-20 minutes max, so saying you can’t spend excessive amount of time opening “new perfumes” is ridiculous considering the fact that only one of the employees shows us a burberry set that’s i ended up BUYING. and then we continued to ask to smell 2 more perfumes that i ALSO ended up buying. So if the case here is that you guys don’t want to sell anything to the customers and don’t know how to deal well under pressure, i wouldn’t keep this a public...
Read moreThis place is a ripoff they sell merchandise without the proper information such as warranty info on has you're not supposed to return the merchandise Alex Trading however if you're not given the warranty information a the time of purchase you would not know this. And I probably would not have purchased anything from Alex Trading on 06/14/16 I brought a bracelet that I purchased it was turned a different color!!! They were sending it back well I have not heard from them and today is 07/09/16 this is not the way customers should...
