The worst customer service ever with low quality furniture.I had a really bad experience with the salesperson and customer service.I am so disappointed!!!! I wish I even could give triple zero for the worst experience in this store. Please please be wise and donât waste your time and money there. I had a horrible experience, OMG!! The salesperson was super nice at the day we ordered and asked us please give me 5 star when you received text message which we did. But when we got back to change the purchase, he was rude and unresponsive with attitude. We found out he just wanted 5 stars at the order date. And after that he didnât care about us.
I called customer service that what is the cancellation policy and was told by them that you will not be charged you still have time. After one hour when we went to the store, they said that no you need to pay restock fee which is 25% of your entire order.The customer service gave us a wrong answer on the phone. We canceled part of our order except one thing. The customer service didnât even know whatâs the cancellation policy, it took us one and half hour to cancel the order. Because the customer service called someone else and was all back and forth to calculate the cancellation fee. They didnât know how to do that. They even wanted to get 25% of our entire order plus delivery fee!! Then we told them you canât do that! You have to refund us the delivery fee which we paid and this is not something that we purchased from you!!! We had one order to pickup, so I called customer pick up after a week, and I was told by two representative that your entire order was canceled. So again the process of calling customer service began and finally they found out that I have one thing to pickup. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.    Read moreI am a first time customer and I was highly disappointed by so many aspects of the buying and delivery process. My salesman Robert Taylor was good. I came in at around 7pm and no one acknowledged me for a good 5 minutes until Robert saw me and promptly offered assistance. I knew exactly what I wanted so he wrote up the ticket and that's where the good customer service stopped. I picked up my furniture and they were missing pieces to my couch so I was told the only option I have is to come back and exchange it. That was absolutely out of the question, since I live 30 miles away from the distribution center and have to rent a truck to get it. After being talked to like I was dense and just overlooking things, they finally agreed after emails, calls and pictures that they could mail the pieces I'm missing to the local store. That never happened so I call the store and the manager was rude, dismissive, and not courteous. He even had the nerve to try and "shush" me. Lol all because I felt they should deliver my pieces to a local store in a timely manner. (They wanted me to wait 22 days to ship me the pieces I was missing.) I paid for everything upfront so when I asked about the return policy because they were trying to force me to be without a couch for weeks after I'd paid in full for it, the said I'd have to pay a 25% RESTOCKING FEE. Long story shorter, after the good fight, I got an off colored floor model as the replacement, so I settled with that after being exhausted đŠ. About a month ago one of my friends had a brain hemorrhage while visiting Houston from overseas few days before him and his family were supposed to go back, he was is in ICU for 3 weeks. He got better and out of danger but he needs many months of therapy to hopefully fully recover. He doesn't have job now, but he has a House in Katy that was rented while he was working overseas but the tenants were about to leave so the family decided to move in to Houston permanently and move to their house to get the medical help he needs. I posted their sad story on Facebook for my friends to do prayers for him and if anyone wanted to help. Less than an hour I got a massage from Nazila one of the owners at Bell Furniture asking how can they can help. I asked if they have any broken furniture or even used beds that would help the family. The respond from Nazila was "I will furniture the house" Waw..sure enough within few days the whole house was furnished free of charge, you can see some in the photos I posted, they even sent a dinning room set with the breakfast area set that the family sent back because they didn't have a dining room, what a generosity!!! The family was so happy and thankful for this generosity. I can't thank everyone one at Bell Furniture enough for this kind gesture for their kindness and generosity.
