Bollywood Beauty Salon & Gifts — Attraction in Houston

This place has been getting worse and worse. IDK who the owner keeps hiring, but they're so poorly trained. Just went to do upper lip threading because my usual place was too far from me, so I thought I'd go here because it's just upper lip threading.

Welllll, my mistake. The woman started putting wax on my lip. My skin is so sensitive so this is probably going to scar. She wipes off the wax half with strip and half with some sort of liquid (I should've left then, but let's give them a chance to correct it, right?). Then I can feel that she's not threading it properly and just agitating my skin. She finishes, and I point out several spots that she's missed. She does it again only to press harder on my skin and still manages to miss the hairs I pointed out. I say, let me just go and bring out money to pay. The sign says $4 for upper lip, but she says it's $6. Absolutely horrible all around.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - don't be like me and go here just because it's close to home and pay for abysmal service. Never again, I'd rather grow a full mustache and...

I’ve been coming here for probably a year and a half to get my eyebrows done. I get my eyebrows done by Salma and her sister, Sama you can’t beat it. They both do the job it’s reasonably priced however, there is a terrible meat market smell in the salon.
