Dunham & Jones — Attraction in Houston

If you're anything like me, you or someone you love are in a very desperate and low point in life right now, and you're looking for legal help. I'm here to tell you about my experience. My initial meeting was with Mr. Joseph Lindberg, the impression I received was a passionate, yet very well experienced person, who set very realistic time line for me, so throughout the process when I would start to get impatient, because well it's our livelihood here, I would remember our initial meeting. then I was assigned to a different Attorney, who i didn't have too much time with since she left the company from my understanding. Then lastly the game changer, Mr. Robert Huerta, who is such a compassionate man and amazing with communication. Any QUESTION I had, he would patiently listen and give me feedback without me feeling like I'm wasting his time. I truly believe he cares about getting you the best possible outcome and not just finishing and moving to another case. When it comes to communication, he would tell you the game plan ahead of time, or what the opposing team wants to do, also let's say he's having trials from other cases, he will let you know days before and have another attorney there to stand for him, so that you are not just sitting around waiting. All in All I'm so thankful for the firm, I have a dismissal where Mr. Robert Huerta has work incredibly hard in my favor, thank you so much sir. God bless you. I had the pleasure of working with a Mr. Ryan Fremuth, this gentleman went above and beyond working with me, without going into to much details about my case. There was a point in my case where I felt that the minor thing I did would carry such a harsh punishment, to where I would basically ruined all aspects of my career over something so simple in my eyes. Ill be honest I felt backed into a corner against the judicial system i was scared and worried for my future. Then came in Mr. Fremuth dealing with my countless emails and calls asking him this and that on outcomes and should i get affairs inline. He had the ability to see the whole situation and bring me back to reality and provide this sense of calm throughout the whole process. He came to me with an option of a 50/50 chance and he gave me the best of the best outcomes, but his tone and his knowledge just had this Harvey Specter feel from Suits and where you just knew you weren't gonna lose if you let him fight for you! I wont bash the attorney that had my case when it was originally in the system. but i feel if i had hired Dunham & Jones and the mazing partners in this firm I know it would have been a different outcome.

I had a very difficult case (and when I say difficult. I mean truly difficult.) to handle and had done some research when I found out I would need a lawyer. Dunham and Jones really stuck out to me based off of their reviews and the way they carried themselves when I had an in-person consultation. James Elick was assigned as the Attorney at Law to my case and while this has and will be the only problem I was in need of a legal profressional, he is EXCEPTIONAL, CARING, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE and GOES OUT OF HIS WAY FOR HIS CLIENTS. I'm really speaking the truth when I say that too.

He has worked with me on my payments, considered every avenue we may have been able to approach on my particular case, listened to me at times when I had issues even not regarding the case and given me honest advice or thoughts. Has truly shown he legitimately cared about me as a person and not just me as a case.

James Elick managed to get me the best possible deal on my case that will have the best possible outcome down the line. Again, I didn't exactly bring him a easy case. Not by all means.

The sticks out to me the most about Dunham and Jones is that they perform their absolute best as advertised and James Elick held to that standard, crushed it and even set the bar higher by going out of way for me before, during and after my case and I truly hope to continue working with him.
