Dogtopia of Houston - W. Alabama Street — Attraction in Houston

My two extra large dogs, King and Pippa just completed their 3-day orientation at the West Alabama location of Dogtopia. What a great place! And what a great program to introduce my dogs to the Dogtopia pack. Everyone was extremely kind and loving towards my dogs. I received up to date information about my dogs day after each visit, they participated in fun activities specific to each day and specific to the holidays such as prom pictures and they got a cool goodie bag at the end of their 3-day orientation. I loved being able to see them throughout the day on the webcam and how easy it will be to sign them up for future visits through the app. Big shout out to the manager of this location, I met them the first day and they made me and the dogs feel right at home. And quite honestly every single person that I spoke to at Dogtopia was truly kind and I could tell they were doing the best for my dogs and the pack from the smiles on their faces. I highly recommend this location and I highly recommend Dogtopia for daycare. Though my dogs only need daycare a couple of times a month. I'm absolutely bringing them back to Dogtopia. I can’t tell you how much I Love this place!!!! EVERYONE is so helpful and really nice.They make my pup feel so special, always greeting him by name! They offer fun stuff weekly, like bubble day or meet Santa,etc. The app is super easy to use and if I decide I want him bathed or brushed,I can add a service to his daycare visit from the app wherever I am. My pup is so happy when we pull up to the building and in a great mood when I pick him up,he even has friends!! If I’m bored at work I can watch him play on the web cam! My dog left here with a really bad case of fleas after boarding. He was scratching so much he developed sores. The manager never reached out to help reconcile. My cat has fleas now and I have to treat my entire house. I feel so bad that I left my baby here for a week and he was suffering the entire time and nobody was really checking on him or looking at him or watching him. We stay in a high-rise apartment we’re never around grass. He doesn’t go to any parks and he is on his flea treatment.
