This is new, it used to be a golf course but the city has been converting it to a beautiful nature space open to the public. There are wide paved trails that loop around (the current path is about 3 miles) with lots of benches for resting, or just enjoying the view. Every time I go I see people outside walking, running, riding bikes, skateboarding, even roller blading. It's a beautiful space that makes the outdoors more accessible. It is dog friendly, but there are venomous snakes native to the area so it's best to stay on the path where the snakes avoid. (Remember, snakes are just as scared of you, best to give everyone lots of space...
