Clear Lake City Community Association — Local services in Houston

I'd like to review the day camp at the Clear Lake City community association facility... Camp Clear Lake was a wonderful program run by Mrs. Georgi Perry. I learned that this was her first year directing the summer camp, and she did an absolutely fantastic job! All of the counselors I interacted with under her supervision for marvelous. All of them young college age kids who behaved courteously, professionally, and very thoughtfully. the day camp allowed for early drop-off and late pickup for a very reasonable fee. The program provided lots of physical activity, and an impressive amount of thought-provoking crafts and projects.

Many summertime day camps can be a hit or miss with engaging activities; sometimes they just show movies and let the kids run around in a gymnasium. Not this one! My kid came home with something fun everyday, and a new bit of knowledge from whatever theme of the day / week was, as well as being completely worn out from swimming and playing!! There was a challenging issue with my kid, and it was handled in the most professional way possible, well communicated, and very well followed up with! I genuinely appreciated how it was handled. I take a very strong stance that communities shape and develop our kids as they grow up, and parents have a duty to respect and honor the community, which in turn teachs our children how to grow up to be responsible and respectful adults. Mrs. Georgi and her team reflected that tenfold. Thank you so much! I hope to see this program thrive...

Nice people both women & men that work there, also they are into being dog people and no kill animal shelters like San Leon, TX Animal Shelter the nicest cleanest dog shelter in Galveston Area. Oh, yes they only do formal complaints with you showing driver's licenses, Birth Certificates and proof you live in the Subdivision you are complaining about not any where else. They check the subdivisions them selves as employees that work there not unemployed blond women from Pasadena TX or anywhere else they are people that have college degrees. Not bleach blond uneducated bored house wives like in Shadow Falls Court Houston, Texas 77059 or those that live in rv's in the RV parks of Pasadena, Texas that take once a month yoga classes in churches by some woman that never took yoga classes and are not yoga certified instraters as per required by the State of Texas to teach Yoga and do not pay taxes on that income they get from teaching yoga in the Methodist church in Pasadena, Texas of $4.91 per once a month lesson per person. Clear Lake City Community Association spoke with bookkeeper Jacqueline as to why the bill went from $36.27 to $436.27. I owned under my name & transferred to LLC which in both cases, I am owner & pay the invoices. This property was not sold, only a transfer in name not bought & sold to another. According to Jacqueline, the board of trustees voted on the excessive $400.00 transfer fee even it the property owned individually & transferred to same owner under LLC there is an excessive $400.00 transfer fee. I specifically asked Jacqueline what type of work is done to justify the $400.00 fee, "they had to update the screen in the system" so for 10 minutes of work, there is a $400.00 transfer fee for the individual owner to the same owner of the LLC.
