Do not bring your family here, it's not safe. We found a police notice from a former guest who had his car stolen! The sheets were disgusting, we brought our own and stripped the bed. Our room had roaches (see pictures below), I'm a contract cleaner so I bleached and bought pesticide. The toilet didn't work my fiance had to fix it for them. The wifi didn't work the 5 days we were there. I messaged staff on the hotel website because I didn’t feel safe walking around the parking lot after the power went out and the maid didn't show up along with all the issues. I also left a review. After speaking either front desk I removed the review they agreed to move us (but not that day) and he promised the wifi would be fixed as long as i took down the review so I complied. We also lost power for 12 hours and lost food due to no refrigerator. The wifi never worked, they sent a maintenance guy around to spray for bugs in all the rooms as an option to guests. Instead of calling professional pest removal they sent their maintenance guy around who can't even fix toilets. I had already bleached and sprayed myself so I didn't let him in. The next morning we requested to check out early after not having wifi AGAIN and finding more roaches. I requested my money back and to be reimbursed since they got free work out of both of us and didn't give us what we paid for. He told me I would have to give him more money because weekly rates are cheaper. These people are thieves, they lied to me about fixing things and their entire establishment is a Roach infested nightmare. Read moreHorrible experience, we booked this hotel thru Expedia as I always do. Mind you I have booked several hotels with Motel 6 before many many times and I have never been disappointed. They are usually affordable and convenient. I didn’t expect any less from this one. Upon myself my wife and sons arrival we check in at the front desk. Once I got the room #205 oh boy we were in it for a hell of surprise. The room very old and smelled like an old building. But I said it’s ok we’ll manage. We lay my son down in the bed while my wife was changing. I then got up and went to use the restroom. That’s when I saw a roach walking across the floor. I was like whatever no big deal, just one. Well as I’m walking out the restroom my wife it’s on top of the bed and says we can’t be here there was just a roach waking over my sons body. As we looked carefully we discovered that the hotel was Infested by roaches! That’s when I let the front office of the incident and he was very rude and said you are the first one to complain about this matter. No one has ever complain. I proceed to check out of the motel within 30 min of just checking in. Front desk clerk advised since he was not authorized to do any refunds his manager will do the refund the following morning.

Read moreI initially booked 2 nights directly through the hotel. From the moment I arrived, until the time I went to sleep, people were hanging out, playing loud music, screaming and stray cats were everywhere!
I checked in and headed off to my room. First thing I noticed was the HORRIBLE smell and poor upkeep of the room/facilities.
I work online and of the many hotels that I've frequented, I have NEVER had much of an issue with the Wi-Fi, but lo and behold, the wifi here, was non-existent... THE ENTIRE STAY!
Also, the shower floor had red stains everywhere from a major roof leak right above it. The room also suffered from low water pressure that never seemed to get hot. I sanitized the whole room and still felt it wasn't enough.
Unfortunately, I was forced to cut my reservation short. Went to check out around 10:45 and not a single representative was present for a solid 30 minutes. The manager finally showed up and I spoke with him about the issues during my stay and he attempted to convince me that the Wi-Fi would be better at another section of the hotel. Well if you know that, why hasn't the issue already been resolved?!
I didn't buy it and politely declined the offer and mentioned that I had already spoken with Customer Care who will process my refund for the night and relocate me to another facility.
