I am late sharing my thoughts on the community, but hey it is never too late, I moved in 2/2018 and moved out 2/2020. 1st off, I was going through a divorce and where I was staying I was late every single month on my rent and most communities will not accept that. I had the pleasure of speaking with a true angel! Ms. Veronica answered my call this day and I explained my situation, not only did she convince the manager since I was honest but she got me into a program that helped me pay a lower rent amount! I really wanted a townhome and there was none, someone cancelled and Veronica got me in! Yes the apartment was invested with roaches (not the office fault but the resident that moved out, people just do not understand that), but I have the perfect treatment for that and in less then two weeks I had none. Carpet was also very old but since it was only upstairs it really did not bother me as long as I didn't get charge for it when I moved out, cause it was ugly lol. She helped me out though by getting it cleaned one more time before moving all my stuff. Ms. Veronica gave me a chance to start over and before you know it I was back on my feet, paying my rent on time and for that I will be forever grateful! The community is quite and I stayed in the back where they play soccer, so that must tell you something lol. The property was always clean and maintenance took care of my work orders very quick! When I moved out, obviously I left the apartment clean, but a lot of places want to over charge for unnecessary things and I was happy to see that there was none of that! Sorry my boys gave you a hard time, glad we worked around it! Thank you for the...
Read moreI thought carefully before deciding to leave this review, but sometimes a person has no choice but to speak up. I have lived in these apartments for more almost seven years. When I moved here, my family and I were happy. The staff, Ms. Veronica, especially was very welcoming and she continues to excel at her job. The grounds are well maintained as well. However, despite these admirable aspects, I am very unhappy, so unhappy to the extent that I am driven to tears. I understand that living in a hot and humid environment such as the Houston area, one is bound to experience pests that make their way inside an apartment. What I am experiencing inside my apartment is however more than a minor experience. It seems that every week I am confronted, no assaulted, by multiple giant roaches in my bathroom. This is not an exaggeration of words. Over the last three years, this problem has gradually worsened. Some nights I have encountered more than one huge roach in my bathroom. I have covered drains in my tub and sinks and yet somehow these abominable creatures make their way inside nightly. Pest control has sprayed my apartment in the past, and sometime in the past two years, I was even given a powder to spread in my bathroom, but as I have been told, these bugs are coming in from outside. Imagine being anxious to use your own bathroom in an apartment you are paying for. This is a nightmare that is leaving me at my wits end. As I write this at dawn, I just killed another one crawling on the ceiling of my bathroom, the third one in a week. This is not the way to live and this is why I am leaving...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would for sure. Been living here for 5 years never had a problem with neighbors. Randomly there’s new tenants (which were hired by the front office, those are the cleaning people) that moved into the building I live at, they start blocking cars from going out, parking on the red zone basically doing whatever they want. I ended up reporting them to the front office, two days later randomly both of my vehicles get VANDALIZED BOTH OF THEM SAME TIME. Come to find out from neighbors the main maintenance guy as a close friendship with those new tenants. In the past I’ve had issues with that maintenance guy because for some reason apparently well obviously he has a personal problem with me, always has a disgusting attitude towards me and never really fixes what gets reported, or fixes it a week later, when usually the rest of the tenants get their issues fixed no later than two days. Love to mention When I did the report the only ones present were the assistant manager and him. Once again come to find out he has a really close friendship with the new tenants, coincidence? Now I report this to the manager, I provided the police report , unfortunately the manager doesn’t really seem to care and offered me to end my lease, like letting me know it was my fault for reporting those people that work for them. So sure I would recommend these apartments if you want your properties to get damage! Sadly the majority of my neighbors are going through similar problems and for sure most of us will not keep...
