I cannot express how incredible the level of customer service is at Living Designs. I walked in, completely defeated from shopping numerous stores, always seeing nearly the exact same furniture… nothing matching my vision. I had my mind set on what I wanted, but months of searching yielded very few results, and the pieces I did find all were outrageously priced.

From the moment, I walked in the door, I was greeted by Charlie, who listened intently, and nearly immediately nailed what I was looking for regarding style.

Next, he introduced me to Sarah, for fabric and accessory selection. Sarah’s taste is impeccable and her imagination gives her the ability to create the exact aesthetic you’re envisioning, even when you’re finding it tough to articulate.

What I like most about this experience, is that they truly listen to the customer. I’ve had multiple experiences with sales reps, or interior designers, listening to what I was saying, but never really hearing me. Charlie and Sarah were able to completely envision the look, I was going for, and then customize an entire fabric palette that perfectly matched the images I had in my mind. Within minutes they brought the entire room to life.

The other incredible part is, not only are they well made, and beautifully customized, they’re also extremely well priced. I was blown away by the entire experience.

I moved into my new home and was badly in need of a furniture update. I spent every weekend for months shopping and could not find anything I loved. It was either the wrong shape, size, color, or out of stock. I heard a commercial on 94.5 about Teresa's custom sofa and decided to go by the store and check it out. The options were endless! I found exactly the size and style of sofa I wanted and they helped guide me through some fabric selections until I found the right color and texture. They were so patient and helpful! My sofa was ready in the time they quoted and the delivery was scheduled in a time window convenient to me, on time, and easy peasy. Everything came wrapped for protection, they unwrapped my furniture once it was placed correctly, and took all the wrapping with them. I loved my sofa so much I ended up going back for two swivel chairs. Again, the staff was super helpful and patient as I tried a number of fabric colors and textures and asked a hundred questions. I might have spent a tad more than at some other retailers and I had to wait a few weeks (four) for custom production, BUT I was able to get exactly what I wanted and bring my vision into reality. Another semi-custom store quoted me 6 months and their choices were very limited, still not exactly what I was looking for. I'm so happy I went to Living Designs! We spent months searching locally and online for a sectional to fit our narrow living room. Many were too large, some were a good size but had terrible reviews (or no reviews), some were a good size but way over our budget, and several were online only, which we felt was risky considering we couldn’t see or feel the comfort and quality. We were thrilled when we stumbled across Living Designs Furniture and learned that not only do they customize furniture, they have stellar reviews, and are very fairly priced, especially for the quality. The showroom isn’t huge, but has a great assortment of design styles and hundreds of fabric options. We didn’t feel pressured at all as we browsed and decided on a style that we liked. The gentleman who helped us was very patient as we asked questions and browsed through the abundant fabric samples. He worked with us on the design customizations and helped us stay on budget. We were even able to select the firmness of our cushions. The fabric we selected is amazing - it is hydrophobic and repels liquids and stains, and is also super soft. The couch was ready exactly when they predicted, and delivery was exceptional. It was brought in in pieces, thoroughly wrapped in plastic, assembled, and positioned exactly where we asked.
