What a great park. That you only find because CoH stuck a glass recycling place nearby after closing the only one convenient to half a million people. Nice playground. Accessible to kids of a table of ages. Nice fields. Water feature. That is cement. And has an exposed bare wire. But I'm sure it's long since shorted out. Maybe trash pickup day is tomorrow because the trash cans have a lot of trash bags next to the cans. There're water fountains. There's a bathroom. It's locked, and I think all the fixtures have been removed. But there are pipes that must run to and from it. Maybe it can be rejuvenated. Some inoffensive graffiti. It could be a great secret park. Just fix...

It is a very big park! It has 2 huge soccer fields but it does have a small playground! There is also 3 trails, 2 big ones and a small one as well. There is a lot of trees and you can get a view of the bayou from the trails as well. On one of the trails you can even go into the water if you wanted, but I think its better if you dont! If you want to walk or bring the kids to the playground, bring them! I do hear that the restrooms sometimes don't work, are not open, or don't have paper - I've never been there long enough to use the restrooms but keep that in mind. You might even be lucky and see a turtle! (I...

I just got back to Houston and am living on a budget. So I have been looking for a park with a track or trails that was nice but not too busy. This is the perfect Park, it has four different trail lengths. ( a small one maybe 10 min straight, a short one that goes in a circle maybe 15-20 min, a long one that is the 1st to go off to the right of the circle trail, then the last one is the longest it is maybe 2 miles one way and 2 miles back and can be used as a bike trail. The only neg of the park are some of the dog walkers not picking up behind their dogs. It opens at...

Do not recommend going at night and especially not alone!! Small park with access to the Buffalo Bayou. Clean, freshly cut grass and I didn’t see any trash on the ground. There’s a covered seating area, mini playground for children and a nice trail that bends around a soccer field. The issue is homeless people sitting around watching you. Not a problem, that they’re homeless but it made me uneasy. As I walked the trail, one of the homeless men followed me (which the trail disappears at some point, from public sight).

This park is on the edge of somewhat sketchy area. Is it extremely Latin and Mexican in .orientation. The main athletic activity indoors it’s got two really large soccer fields.. There are some nice walking trails. They also have a fountain that is like a small Bellagio or something with the waters up and the kids play in that area when it’s hot and then when you get wet and cool down.
