H-Town Hibachi — Restaurant in Houston

It's the BEST hibachi place in Houston in my humble opinion and I'm a picky eater. Their vegetarian option is so damn good, and pair it with their yum yum sauce chef’s kiss!! I've also had their chicken hibachi bowl and it still is amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming it is such a hidden gem that you don't want to miss out on. Also, the seasoning on their hibachi bowls is perfect, with a kick of cajun, not super salty (Which I appreciate), and finishing it up with whatever other spices they use is delicious! The food is actually good, the service on the other hand horrible, but only with the girl with the red hair with the big lashes at the front, rude. I expressed to her that I’ve called several times with no answer. Her reply was a shrug & “sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t” with an eye roll, so I decided not to order by saying “ok I just won’t order” she slams the window and screams something as she slams it. I was blown away by the quality and flavors. They even cooked the rice just right. H-Town Hibatchi needs a big brick and mortar store. The steak and chicken were cooked perfect, the veggies were great and the sauces were on point. The streak was tender and had a nice crisp on the sides. The chicken was still very moist.
