Masjid-ul Mumineen — Attraction in Houston

This van that was possibly carrying children was weaving in and out of traffic dangerously and they were riding my back bumper extremely close to the point that they almost hit me on West Bellfort. This occurrence happened at about 4:30 on a Wednesday so knowing that there’s a very good chance that they were transporting children from school is unacceptable and something needs to be done about this. I tried calling the number on the van but of course the number is out of service, and I tried calling the phone number listed on google for the mosque and no one ever answered and the voicemail box was full. This driver and school should be ashamed...
