Subway — Restaurant in Houston

Terrible as usual, been to this establishment maybe a year ago and the service was terrible even then. Tried to give them a chance again since I already had an appointment in the area. Sad thing is, the ladies that served me a year ago were totally different so I don't know if it is a leadership thing here where they treat people rudely and then make a terrible sandwich idk. I had to keep repeating myself with my order. The one that prepared my sandwich was actually rude like she didn't want to serve me at all despite me trying to be nice and placate her while she's making my sandwich. I also asked for the code to the bathroom so I could wash my hands before I ate.. she was reluctant to give me the code.. They didn't prepare my sandwich the way I wanted it. I told her one thin strip of southwest Chipotle on the bread, the chick globbed it on there so the sandwich was messy. They call themselves sandwich artist, pfft I beg to diff. Going to this subway you get NO customer service. They don’t greet you when you walk in It’s like you have to greet them when you walk and when u say hello it’s like they don’t want to answer, no smile nothing. This is not the first time I have been there but today is the worst. I place the order and told the lady what I wanted on my 3 orders. Still ended up giving me the wrong thing. This employee who serve me is very very rude. She has no customer service and has a very bad attitude. The other lady looks like the manager stood there and still she did not intervene, she kept looking on and did not say a word. Mind you while all of this is going on I did not tell her anything and the worst of all at the end of the transaction my husband said thank you and they didn’t even have the decency to say your welcome. That’s how they have no manners at this location. I work in customer service and this is not how u handle customers. Manager didn't seem too pleasing. Young man was serving me with joy and the lady seemed complete opposite since I came in. When he was making my sandwich she yelled across from the register to the other side where he was standing "did she ask for double meat" and came and took off meat and showed him how much meat to put as he proceeded, just embarrassing him instead of waiting until I left to instruct him on how to do it properly. Then she has the nerve to leave and stop at the fridge to take out 2 Gatorades and a juice without paying... How you mad at this boy for putting in extra meat (which he didn't, I hardly had meat in my sandwich cuz she made him take out) but you over here taking juices for free. Smh. Hipocracy, unethical, embarrassing, and no integrity. Sorry. Food was good and the young boy did an amazing job with customer service.
