Came to try out their claw machines, got the $20 package, that's 23 tries on the claw machines. Every single claw machine i tried, the claw swings backwards into the machine as they pull up. I get that people can't win at claw machines all the time, but at least put up an illusion of skill issue. It is infuriating how I can grab something with the claw, have it pull up, come to the prize release area, and see the claw swing backwards and throw the prize that was grabbed back into the machine. This happened multiple times across several different machines. Should've known this was going to happen by the looks of other customers here. Most people are walking around with very few claw machine winnings. Unlike other places where you can see people having to use a clear drawstring bag to carry their winnings. I have been to other claw machine places in the area, and i was able to leave with bags of prizes every single time. I definitely will not be coming back...

OK, Reddi go was very interesting. Sometimes you would pick up a plushy and it was slinging it across. I felt like it was a scam anyways they have the audacity to charge $400 for a two hour party and a back corner. I don't think it's worth it. I don't even serve food. I think more like 250 to 300 be better but I wish this place serve at least pizza or something but anyways, other than that I don't understand the whole thing with the coins or the cards because sometimes I see people with cards and then sometimes when I went, they offered me a card and then most of the time I just they just give me coins and some of the machines I wanna play required card and doesn't take coins so I'm just confused by the whole card and coin situation. I think they just keep it one or the other But that's just my opinion. Oh I was pretty cute place but I don't know I just there's something about...

Prove me wrong!!! This place looked like the perfect arcade. Went to the front, bought 20 coins. Had my eyes set on a 30-point prize. I asked how many points are stuffed animals worth. The staff told me 1/2 point for tiny , 1 point for medium, 2 points for large. I went straight to all the large ones, and I won 15 of them. I went back to the front to cash out. She calculated each to be worth 1 point. I asked, I thought the large were worth 2 points. She said these aren't large. I said these were the largest ones you have. She refused to go out from behind the desk to show me. And gave me 15 points and said have a nice day.... that staff memener was terrible, and such a scam. Also, if you go, the ticket route. 50 tickets = 1 point. So be prepared to spend 50-100 to get what you want, but make sure to play it smart, or you'll...

I came here with my two friends and their kids, and we had an absolute blast! Spent about $25 and left with a while bag of plush it's! The workers come and restock the machines but also reposition them so they are a little easier to get to. It's so addictive, but it's also really fun. Some of the claws are missing the rubber boots to help them grab, so that sucks and they should be more on top of things like that. Also, some of the machines, after grabbing the prize, came back up too hard and would likely drop the prize, making it incredibly difficult to win on that particular machine. They have other games that aren't claw games, which is also pretty cool. Out of all the other claw arcades in the plaza, this store had the biggest variety of prizes as well. I loved the time spent here and will def come back another time!
