The room and the location was okay, not too fancy and not too bad but the policy and the attitude I receive is really really the worst I have seen in my hotel. I understand that there a pet fee for hotel, and I’m okay with that, for this hotel it was 75$, pretty pricey but okay, BUT the lady ( who was really nice ) told me that I have to put a 250$ down as deposit for the pet ???? That more than double the price of the room. That is insane. Thank god we have it in cash so we can get it back the next morning when we check out but if you don’t have cash then the only thing you can do is wait for the 250$ be back on your card, which can take days. Very inconvenient and stupid policy. The next morning, we went down for the complimentary breakfast, the sign said we need to have coupon to eat, we went up to the desk to ask for 3 coupon ( me, my mom and dad book a double queen bed room ), the guy at the desk, who sound so annoyed said that only two people per room are able to have coupon for free, anyone after that have to paid ????? HUH ??? I ask even if we book a double bed room, he said yes. WHAT??? What kind of policy is that, I have never heard of that . I already paid for a room and now I have to paid for breakfast ??? Majority of people that book double bed room is because they have more than two people, and we paying more for a double bed room too, as a hotel, they should have to know this or they do and they just taking advantage of their guest and make more money. Hotel breakfast never good enough to be paid extra , I might as well go out and paid for better food, why would I paid for a HOTEL COMPLIMENTARY food. I end up didn’t eat, my parent did and they said it wasn’t that good, so thank god I didn’t pay. I have stay at so many hotel and this is the first. It was so outrageous that I need to leave this review. The policy was stupid, the guy at the desk was so rude, the way he spoke to us is as if he think we stupid to not know the policy. The only good thing is the room and maybe the location and the lady that check me in. BUT their room is NO WHERE near fancy enough for them to charge extra fees and breakfast. So do me a favor and don’t book this hotel, even though the room is nice, it is not nice enough for the stupid policy and the outrageous deposit amount and the non complimentary breakfast. You going to be basically paying a lot of stupid extra fees for nothing more than basic and get treated rudely by...
Read moreThe rooms were below par, my cousin and I were placed in a room where there was plumbing, internet, hvac, and the phone lines didn’t work to reach front desk. The Night Auditor did not do their job correctly because the first was obvious that it needed to be place to out of order. The Front Desk people were not friendly at all. Their attitudes give out they hate their jobs. Maria the breakfast attendant was complaining in Spanish while doing her job of replacing the potatoes and biscuits. The omelette man seem like he didn’t want to serve the omelettes. The pink lemonade, cranberry juice, and some other juice were spoiled in the ice buckets. The ticket thing to get food was unorganized. I have to tell the people that the front desk only have given my cousins one ticket for food. I almost didn’t get to eat the complimentary breakfast. The housekeeper didn’t read the door note to not come in the room while there were people getting dressed for the day. The second room was noisy on the third floor I could hear the people next door doing adult activities. I didn’t like neither rooms and the front desk wasn’t helpful. I had to ask them for the Wi-Fi password and they didn’t tell me where it to get ice and water on the floors. Then I found rat and roach poop in the room that wasn’t working that I was first given to on the second floor. I’m going go room at y’all luxury Hilton hotels. This experience wasn’t giving The Paris Hilton Hotel Experience, it was giving choice hotel experience instead. Then you had the breakfast attendant who had a language barrier with trying to speak viet to the lady who only spoken Spanish to basically do her job to replace the food that is out for breakfast then that lady Maria still didn’t get up there to her job. It was like everyone who work there hated being at their jobs. The streets were also being fixed which made it impossible to get into the place driving and even taking an Uber back there at night. Then you had people who didn’t live there go into the hotel because the back door was broken. Please do better and have someone come as a mystery guest from y’all corporate office just for them to see their staff being rude towards their...
Read moreI recently stayed at ACP Hotel with my mother who was visiting me from out of state for a week. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me and my mother feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for with housekeeping on request. The location was perfect – close to great restaurants and attractions, yet still a peaceful retreat. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a full hot breakfast with fresh fruit always available. Their pool was clean, very refreshing and the hot tub the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The amenities were exceptional – the pool was clean and refreshing, the hot tub area was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The fitness center was well-equipped for getting in those workouts. The laundry room was convenient and kept very clean, making extended stays a breeze. Although we didn’t use them, the spacious conference rooms looked ideal for hosting events or meetings. The business center was well-appointed and easily accessible. Even the elevators stood out – they always smelled amazing, like a refreshing, luxurious perfume. ACP Hotel truly thought of everything to make guests feel pampered and at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction is what truly sets ACP Hotel apart. I can’t wait to return and I highly recommend ACP Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the heart...
