I recently visited Tanglewood Dog Park with my young male dog , who is fully vaccinated, calm, and well-socialized. While leaving the park, another dog (a Golden Retriever) became aggressive, barking and lunging at my dog, and the owner nearly lost control of her leash. My dog remained completely silent and did not react, even though most dogs would naturally bark back in that situation. Despite this, a bystander commented that the incident was caused because my dog is not neutered, which made me feel unfairly blamed. There are no real puppy clean up stations - all of the bags there are grocery bags people donated and the trash cans are outside the gate which is not convenient when you have a clean up. There are several sturdy water dishes and a fountain to refill them from.
