INAIL — Local services in Houston

Called ahead for an appointment for two for a mani pedi on 4/13, when we got there before our appointment we were told we could not do tips and that it would be 30 minutes. We almost left twice but decided to stick it out and we were able to get seated in about 15 minutes. Someone was seated before is that came in agtr us and didn't have an appointment which resulted in no two pedicure chairs next to each other available and my niece not getting a pedicure.

We were satisfied with my niece's dip manicure, my polish pedicure and the massage for my manicure but my dip manicure was a mess.

You can see the nick on my right middle finger, the edges were unfinished and unclean, the underside of the nails was a mess. The tech was in a rush and the shaping was off on many nails.

We will not be returning for our nails as it was not worth it for the price and we both felt it a little too much as they were...

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to! First of all, they dont greet you. You walk in the door and they yell at you from the back and ask you what you want. The place is a dirty mess. That should've been my first indication to run. However, I stayed to give it a chance. As soon as I sat down she put down a salsa dish the kind you see at restaurants filled with warm soapy water and a nasty hair! As soon as she put my hand in she pulled it back out and went at it with a cuticle pusher and a cuticle cutter. It was painful and as soon as she finished i noticed two of my fingers were bleeding. They bled very heavily i was dripping all over the table. She applied a liquid that made them hurt and bleed more. She wanted to keep going and I asked her to stop that I was done. She blamed it on my "dry" hands! I couldn't believe it! Worst...

Truly poor quality dip mani. Had a nail break in 24 hours only by going through my purse. Had two nails crack in less than 5 days. I’ve never had a dip mani break like this, especially in such a Short amount of time. Additionally, a nail tech pulled an AirPod out of my ear without asking, even though I was responding (my volume was very low) and she also grabbed my phone to take a picture.
