This is the 3rd time i place an order for this location using the starbucks mobile app to do so. the app is so convenient because you place your order, pay and just pick it up withing 3 seconds so you are never late for meetings or work for that matter. the first 2 times i walked in to pick up my order i was standing at the counter and at least 5 employees were there. they looked at me and they keep evading eye contact or decided not to greet me. i was lost and confused. i wanted to ask about my order but everyone seemed no to want to acknowledge i was present. finally a sweet girl saw me and asked me if i needed anything. it was upsetting but i picked up my coffee and sandwich and left. today August 17th 2018 i order my usual on the app, when I got there, Michael said my order wasn't ready because it didn't go through. i said, i already paid for it and he asked me what my order was? i told what my coffee order was but by this time he sounded passive aggressive and was using a tone with me. anyway, he made the coffee and then i said. i also ordered a sandwich, he just said she's coming with it, referring to his co worker which magically assumed what kind of sandwich i was getting. so they knew what my order was! they knew what kind of sandwich i was getting but they probably just forgot to prepare it and lie to me saying that the order didn't go through. I understand things happen but there's no need to lie about it. i genuine apology without being passive aggressive would've been enough! but no apology, passive aggressive tone from Michael was not appreciated! i think i am going to switch to local coffee places here in the Montrose area here in Houston! they treat you super nice but you just have to wait because they don't have the convenience of mobile ordering but! i think i rather wait than order starbucks mobile if the app and the employees are not efficient or nice! people don't understand that when you get attitudes like that before having a sip of coffee in the morning can be upsetting and can set the tone for the rest of the day! Starbucks.... Great...

I don’t usually go to this particular store but I got my iced coffee. Finished it in the store within minutes. Went to get a refill like I have always done for 30 years. The stupid girl says “oh we only do refills if you get it in a to-stay cup. So sorry can’t do it.” Obviously, she just rang me up minutes before.
You know what the proper answer is to someone that patronizes sbux sone $2,000 a year for decades, “I am sorry but the company instituted a new policy where to get a refill you must use a to-stay cup. I will do it today but keep that in mind for future visits. The reason for the change is sbux has recently implemented a plan to win back customers by offering exceptional customer service.”
I patronize Starbucks literally every single day and no other store has told me of this “rule” and I continue doing as I do, get a grande iced coffee and then a refill. Only this stupid Woodway store offers the rudeness...

Sure thing, let me just toast that without cutting it open first. Ordered a cup of coffee (nothing fancy) and waited 20 mins. Oops, we forgot! This has been my experience about half a dozen times. Only reason I went back is convenience to work.
Go there in the afternoon, service is not as bad. Could be a function of less people, better mgmt, or some combo.
Regardless of when you go, the parking situation is always atrocious (One of those strip center parking lots where every store is allotted two or three spaces).
A shame they can't get...
